Nice hotel, new layout, worth it to stay since it's cheap

I love the location. Walkable to Suria Mall and Imago Mall. Newly renovated

The service is good, the staff are friendly.

The aircond suddenly off during the night time and it was so hot during my 2 nights of staying there :/

Overall good. But on my room there something wrong with electricity. It’s not working

Stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding nearby. Location of the hotel was close to City Centre. Near to KK Garden Seafood Restaurant + 5-8 mins drive to Gaya Street / Waterfront. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very suitable for short stays. Road nearby the hotel is not in good condition (holes/bumps). Not the hotel's fault but can be improved by the relevant authority.

Tak ada ambil gambar la pula.. but overall it's nice to stay here.. recommended!! Even I am local here, [I] choose to stay to experience myself [at] their hotels.. nicee

It's comfortable and fun to stay here with family.

Comfortable accommodation when on a business visit to Kota Kinabalu

The staff was friendly and accommodating

Overall a pleasant experience, the staffs were very accommodating. There was repair issue on the room we were supposed to check into but thankfully was resolved quickly with a change of room. Checking in and out process went super smoothly, even as we needed to check out at 5am. Location of the hotel was so close to a lot of restaurants. However parking might be a bit limited at times.

Nice hotel, suitable, clean and quiet, there is a restaurant too. Helpful when ordering a taxi at dawn

All off Ok la, according to the budget. Only the AC is terrible. Very cold. And it seems like the fan and temperature settings are in error. Already set to 28 degrees, it's still cold. We asked for it to be fixed, but the officer didn't come, maybe because it was already 11 pm. But we like it. 👍👍.

This hotel is good overall, classic and good quality 🙂. Staff was so friendly and helpful, thanks to Lily Shafira who always keep the room clean and tidy for 4 nights. The only downside was it's not sound proof. Could hear people talking from the room beside. Otherwise it's excellent 👍, had a good stay, keep up this good quality 🙂.

Old hotel but extraordinarily clean and comfortable.

It is definitely one of a kind hotel to go to, you don't see a lot of hotels with the 90s vibe. The room was clean and neat. It is a good choice if you are going for a business trip/short holiday break.
