Never get bored staying at Aston Kuta... Access is close to the airport, the rooms are comfortable, kids friendly, the swimming pool is clean... The food menu is varied.

I took the Nyepi package. I'm originally from Denpasar, Bali, and this was my first Nyepi experience in a hotel. I've always wanted to experience the difference between Nyepi at home and in a hotel 😁. Yes, it was a fun and great experience celebrating Nyepi in a hotel, with complete facilities, friendly staff, and a strategic location. I definitely recommend staying here 😁👍

During our stay, my friend and I were given a room that honestly felt quite creepy. The interior looked very old, the TV channels were outdated, and the toilet was in poor condition and couldn’t even be flushed properly. For a price of around 500k in Bali, this was definitely not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend it. I chose this hotel because of the “Aston” name, expecting a certain standard, but unfortunately, it turned out to be very disappointing.

Very comfortable close to the airport

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the room service is really good, the food is varied and delicious.

The rooms smelled so bad they had to change rooms several times. The corridors on each floor also smelled, the waiting area sofas in several areas were dirty, the floors were sticky, the elevators were dirty—this is incredibly dirty for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was also less than satisfactory.

The staff was friendly enough, but they weren't quick to respond to issues. Water pooling in front of the room and on the balcony wasn't immediately addressed.
