We stayed at the Aston Kuta Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and it was truly memorable. The hotel was clean and well-equipped. The restaurant served delicious food. The staff were very friendly and close to the city and the airport. We received a welcome drink at the front desk every time we entered the hotel. We highly recommend the Aston Kuta Bali Hotel.

Staying in a room with direct pool access was very comfortable, a short walk to the beach, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly. However, when I moved to a room with a higher city view, it wasn't as pleasant.

The receptionist was friendly and provided clear information. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The elevator could use some improvement.

It was a great stay at the Aston. The rooms are new, the air conditioning is cool, the cleanliness is guaranteed, and the breakfast menu is comprehensive. A small suggestion is to expand the facilities for children, such as the kids' club and swimming pool, such as slides, etc.

Overall, the service is quite good. It’s in a very convenient location, close to several nearby hangout spots. It’s a great spot for taking photos at sunset. The restaurant’s atmosphere is also quite pleasant, and it offers a view overlooking the pool. The food is quite good too. A small suggestion regarding the toilets: the flush mechanism in certain areas—such as the en-suite bathroom, the toilet on the 7th floor and the ground floor—could do with some maintenance.

Great pool, enough length to do laps.

When I first arrived, the floor felt a little gritty. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that footprints were indeed black (dirty). There were several mosquitoes upon arrival. I called the front desk, and 15 minutes later, they delivered an electric mosquito repellent. The breakfast menu was monotonous, as I had three breakfasts, and there wasn't much variation. They should have offered a kids' menu, like pasta. The main courses included fried noodles, flat rice noodles, and fried rice noodles, but they were a bit spicy for young children. Late check-out is allowed until 1:15 PM.

Close to the airport, good food, comfortable facilities.
