All the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the security guard on duty at the hotel lobby on February 20th and 22nd. He was very helpful in carrying our luggage during check-in and check-out. Thank you, gentlemen—I forgot their names.

Beautiful view with natural nuances and fresh air as well as adequate facilities

It was fun... But because it was high season, it was crowded. It was a bit crowded during CIn and breakfast... lol But it was really impressive. My kids loved it. They only planned to stay for one night, so they extended their stay to two. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff, especially the receptionist, were nice. Even though there were a lot of guests, they remained professional.

Please, the hotel team, review the GUEST parking area. My car is like this. I'm so embarrassed to leave the hotel in this condition. When I asked security, they said it was because I parked under a tree and it got hit by rubber. If the parking area is dangerous for guest cars, the hotel should put up a sign not to park there, or cut down the tree or something for the safety of guest vehicles.

it was indeed a very comfortable stay. The location is good for destressing and the room is large and excellent view of the sea. The staff in general were very friendly too. Not much for the food which I believe can still be more variety and taste.

The breakfast variety was quite limited, and the taste could be better. We were expecting more options, especially for a resort of this size. Also, we needed an extra bed for a family member, but there was no clear information about this during the booking. It would be helpful if the resort clarified extra bed availability and charges in advance. Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend the resort, especially for families. With small improvements in breakfast quality and clearer communication, it could be even better.

Breakfast buffet is getting worse everytime i came , not much variety, food is cold and stiff already! Too crowded , they dont control who came in . Please improve
