Good, nice, comfortable and close to public transportation

A very pleasant hotel, complete facilities, there is a gym, a large swimming pool, spacious rooms even though the view is blocked by the apartment, but overall very satisfied, close to the bus stop and terminal.

Need for room renovation/update

First time booking a room here, overall very satisfied. Clean room, friendly staff & beautiful sea view.

The rooms are spacious and the views are beautiful. It's perfect for a vacation with kids because it's close to the beach. The only thing lacking is the quality of the food, especially breakfast.

Check in was easy. As we travelled with a baby, we requested a baby cot which they have however it could have been in a better condition. The room faces the sea which was really nice however unfortunately after a night's rest, we woke up to body itch and found there was ants on the bed. Breakfast spread was so so in my opinion. There is no lift to the parking so you'll need to offload the stuff first at lobby before parking.

Arrived around 3.30pm and checkinn was smooth. Room ok with view and cleanliness acceptable. Near beach is a plus. Overall was a good stay

My second time staying at this hotel. The room is spacious and i like the sea view from my room. The staff that assisted me was also friendly. The hotel provided variety of food during breakfast but i ate some of it cause i got full quickly and the food was really good. Overall, i like staying at this hotel and definitely will come again.

The place is very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a vacation. I suggest the hotel provide transportation for guests who want to pray at the Floating Mosque, as this mosque is also an icon of Penang. Best of luck.

The room is spacious, although it’s an old hotel, but it’s well maintained. Breakfast is just ok, I wish there is more variety. What I really love is the access to the beach! It’s very convenient and fun for family🏖️

Overall my stay has been wonderful, 1. Location is beachfront which is fantastic. 2. Room is spacious, bed is large and clean. Bathroom is big but no curtain so it always wet when we shower. 3. Foods at breakfast is okay, nothing special. Foods at room service is very good, I particularly like the Crispy Chicken Chop. 4. The bar at the lobby is nice, great services, drinks was also good. 5. Hotel facilities is quite good, the pool and the jaccuzy is very nice Overall is a great hotel for vacation.
