easy access to anywhere, close to LRT

The rooms are okay, but there is a connecting door between the rooms, although it can't be opened from the next room, so it's not very comfortable.

Highly recommended. Close to all convinience store and mall, best experience as shopping lover.

Very close to public transport and famous places. Easy to access and very clean. Will be happy to go back. Also can to put our luggages after checked out at receptionist.

Parking was too late to open because wait for the person in charge to come to open the door at night. And at days will sharing parking with private parking it was full. Must wait for the parking available. And the lobby Also always full with the car. If got any luggage must wait for the Car lobby Parking empty. The receptionist respon is not to good for the parking place. Room was water problem must wait for maintance person so long.

Parking was so bad to get. Arrived at 5pm, but the room not ready yet. At 5.30pm only we get. Its fasting month, we need to get ready early. Location was good, esay to get food.

The hotel location is so near with shopping place. However, need to park on another building due to road closure of bazar ramadhan. Staff is friendly, a bit chaos due to a lot of guest. Got room with another person in the room, get another room immediately. All in all, nice stay with affordable price on the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

We booked for deluxe twin but upon check in they give me superior twin. Unfortunately the price still remain. The price for deluxe twin is more expensive than superior twin.

The hotel has opened after 3 years of closure. Rooms need a little reno work. Good location, friendly staff and clean. Sometimes noise from next room distrubances. I stayed for 2 weeks solo on staycation.

Overall ok..a very suitable place for shopping..but one thing is not enough..how many times have I asked for a hairdryer and it never comes back..

The rooms are very nice, the location is strategic, there are lots of food vendors every afternoon, next to a chocolate souvenir shop, just really good.

Room satisfactory with the price

The hotel location is good and the staff efficient but the basic facilities is not good especially the toilet and tv only have minima channel and for 3 night only manage to watch tv cos all the channel is gone , further more when my room is smelly with cigarette , and it's still untidy when I am asking they clean it.
