The room was clean. The service was great. Had an early check-in for luggage drop off. Got permission as well to have 30 mins late check out (grateful for this!). Tap water is also provided. Location is very near to SGH.

All good generally speaking. location near to NCCS and 5mins walking to Outrampark MRT. Look new than photo revealed. Not noise cancellation, somehow woke up due to loud noise from the corridor

I stayed with 81 Osaka for more than 5 times since 2024. It's right at Tiong Bahru residential area, which brings you no worries about food or drink place choices. It's also next to General Hospital and its departments, so perfect for those who come for medical care.

The staff are lovely. The room is small in Singaporean and Japanese style. There is a minimart next to the accommodation, which is reasonable for the price. There is a restaurant on the corner of the street. There are staff who can speak Thai (I met many people who can speak Thai from Alor Setar (I don't know if that's spelled right), Malaysia, and real Thais who came to work and got Singaporean husbands (I don't care about talking to them).

The room is spacious enough for 2 people and 2 suitcases. Every day the rooms are cleaned. Perfect location near the bus stop and gate 8 of Outram Park MRT station. Unfortunately there is no bidet for the toilet. But this may be a normal thing for Singaporeans.

It was quite enjoyable because my short one-day vacation was enough for the service.

Room is very small, difficult to put luggage. Bathroom is tiny. No shower curtain so entire bathroom floor is wet after shower. Shower got good water pressure and hot water. Room wall is thin so can hear people talking in hallway or next room. Location is strategic. Convenience store next to hotel and many food places/cafe within walking distance. MRT is about 15 minute walk. Helpful is friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. The hotel is suitable for basic accommodation needs. Enough amenities. Near Cheers store and some eateries. The area is a bit deserted. Not near the MRT, only take the bus, walk to the bus station a bit far!

I think this is a nice hotel, as the place is clean, air-conditioned, and even has a fridge. Not only that, the place is strategically located, near to SGH making medical trips easier. Also, as for the price, it is not too bad, it is just nice.
