The room is very comfortable, clean and organized.

The waiting time to check in is long.. because the people in front are so long. Then the sheets, why aren't they really clean.. they're dirty. like old unwashed sheets. like paying 50 hengget hotel you know. waste I think byr is expensive but ummm

The room looks abandoned. The room is full of ants. The sink pipe is leaking. The hotel seems to have no maintenance. This area is quiet at night.

This hotel has a good location. Unfortunately the condition of the room unsatisfied. I want to make order for room service dinner, but the phone no line. The phone looks really old and old school. The bed was broken and just putting other wood under the bed just to cover the condition. The wall at the air conditional was terrible, should re-paint. The mirror was installed but not equal/balance. I've ordered room service for my dinner, unfortunately the orange juices not the orange juices, but it was Sunquick Orange Cordial. My advice don't the owner always looking for the profit only, should do some investment for better revenue and satisfaction by the customer. Focus on quality not just quantity.

It would be good to have wifi both in the lobby and in the room.To provide hair dryer. The sliding door in the shower doesn't function properly. To have more plug in the room. Last but not least, to install the aircond near the bed. Thank Yoy

The first room they gave us the aircond is not working. Overall the room is not very clean and the toilet also not very clean.
