Close to culinary places and transportation

the water is small, there is no hot water

The hotel staff was friendly even though it wasn't check-in time, but the room was ready, and it was close by, just walking distance, there were lots of food vendors.

Arrived at the hotel at 16.10 and the receptionist said the room was not ready, so I had to wait. Half an hour later the room was ready but the receptionist said the smoking room I ordered was not available, I then asked for an upgrade to the available smoking room and was directed to the Family type with an additional 100K per day. Arrived at the room, the condition of the room was old, dirty, there was no exhaust in the bathroom so you can imagine the smell of the bathroom without circulation. Minimal lighting in the room. The corridor was also stuffy and damp... It must be evaluated immediately even though the hotel's location is very good at the intersection of roads in the city center.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access and close proximity to culinary spots. There's even a Japanese restaurant next door. The only issue is the hot water for the shower, which isn't working properly.

I love this hotel because it feels like home. The Japanese restaurant and reflexology room are top-notch.

The hotel and rooms are clean.. close to the mosque.. and close to Sarinah.. you can walk there.

If you go to Jakarta, you often stay here, although the accommodation is classic, but comfortable with a strategic location that is easily accessible from various important places in Jakarta. The service is excellent, the price is affordable, the rooms are spacious, supporting facilities such as a swimming pool located on the floor plus a nice view at night, as well as a delicious buffet breakfast and an elegant atmosphere, for me the Grand Cemara Hotel is a very good choice for those looking for an unforgettable stay experience in Jakarta.

Strategic location, delicious food, spacious room and cold AC, so it's cool in the room. In front of it is CK so you can buy snacks if you need anything. Only the key sometimes has an error, but it can still be handled.
