All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked about mall locations, tourist attractions, or souvenirs. Tip: Always tell the staff about your plans so they can advise you (if possible) on the best solution for your needs.

Only the security guard was a little bit annoying in the basement parking area.

The room has an old smell, and it gets stronger in the toilet. Aside from that, everything else was great, especially for family.

The food variety can still be improved, but fortunately, there is goat soup, coffee shops, chicken and meatball noodles, and 2 minimarkets on the left and right of the hotel.

The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the accommodation was excellent. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay at Aston Denpasar again next time.

For a 4-star hotel, this Aston doesn’t preserve the quality. The property is not well-maintained, the room cleanliness is bad for a deluxe type, and the bed sheets smell not good.

The hotel is really great. I really like it.
