Many guests have complained about the deteriorating condition of the furniture, towels, elevator, and several other amenities. ❌ The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas is a frequent complaint in recent reviews. ❌ The location is quite far from the city center, so a private vehicle or ride-hailing service is required. ❌ The breakfast variety and quality are considered inconsistent.

The location is very strategic and easy to reach, if you want to have coffee, just cross the street, the view is nice, the staff are friendly & helpful, for an old hotel it is quite clean, only please help the AC in the room keeps dripping where the position is exactly above your head 😭, I stayed for 2 days but the breakfast menu was exactly the same and less varied, but overall I am very satisfied with the service here.

It's too expensive for the price per night and, in my opinion, the facilities are poor. The AC isn't cold, the noise is loud, the bathroom is dirty, and the sheets are full of yellow stains. All the amenities probably need to be updated.

Comfortable room, cheap price, very worth it in my opinion.

The price is too expensive for an old building hotel, and they don't provide a hairdryer and iron. Quite a lot of stains as well on the bed sheet. Also, the Wi-Fi is so laggy, and the lobby is a bit too far from the lift.

The hotel condition is not similar to 10 years ago when I visited it for the first time and all the facilities were still at their best. Now all the facilities need much maintenance and improvements.

I've been here several times and never get bored. My family and I are happy staying at the Marbella Hotel.

Old hotel, poorly maintained despite excellent location. Card access keys don't work well. No gym. Toothpaste must be requested. Fast WhatsApp response. Cleanliness appears lacking due to the old, poorly maintained facilities.

Lack of maintenance or repairs in the hotel so that it looks neglected from the balcony, bathroom to the AC that won't work, the price also doesn't match the quality of cleanliness and comfort.

I'm a bit disappointed with Marbella now, the water in the toilet is really cloudy, the engineer has flushed it but it's still cloudy for a few hours so if you want to fill the bathtub you have to flush it repeatedly, the bathroom door can't be closed tightly and some room facilities also need to be renovated. The bed sheets on the bed also smell a bit, is it because they haven't been changed for a long time or what, I don't know.. the last time I stayed here was in the new year 2022, it was still good even though there were no problems but now it's getting worse
