The room was very spacious, with a bathtub and a clean bathroom. The facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool, gym, and children's play area. Not bad, for under 1 million rupiah you get 5-star facilities. Checked in on Sunday, only until 3:00 PM, but got a room upgrade and late check out at 1:30 PM. There's a wide selection of food. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the hotel building is very clean.

For the price, the amenities are commensurate. These include spacious rooms, bathrooms with bathtubs, ample gym equipment, a large swimming pool, a varied breakfast menu, a kids' zone, and so on. However, some of the amenities appear dated, and the most annoying is the long elevator queues.

The staff are super friendly, the place is cozy and fun, in the breakfast area there is a really cool kids corner, next time I want to come here again hehehe

The room was decent, but I left a Happy Birthday note in the room and forgot to make it because it was high season, hehe. So far, the service has been good ☺️ Coincidentally, there was an event at the hotel when I arrived, hehehe.

Comfortable hotel, varied breakfast menu.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, was amazed by the room which was very spacious, comfortable and every room had a city view, we stayed in the Prada Suite type, then because the bathtub in the room was leaking by the staff and manager we were moved to another room and given a free upgrade to the Bulgari Suite room. It was so good that we decided to extend another day in the Merlynn Suite type. The previous staff also took us on a room tour so we could see each room type and its advantages, because in the Merlynn type the TV position was tilted so it was uncomfortable, finally we chose to downgrade to the Armani Suite and were given a free late check out until 3 pm. A big thank you to all the staff who were very friendly, very helpful, the room was comfortable, the food was also delicious. Next time we go to Jakarta again we will definitely stay here🥰
