My favorite hotel for a staycation with the kids because the toilets are just like in Japan 🤭 Then yesterday, I tried playing tennis here for the first time and it turned out to be really good. Next time I want to come back here again and try playing squash. Hahahahaha...

The staff, the front line, were all helpful, especially Ms. Hideki. The food was delicious. I'll definitely be back again.

Although I was disappointed with the reservation cancellations, which resulted in numerous miscommunications, the service remained the same from my first visit. 100 stars for the front desk staff, but 1 for the Assistance Reservation Manager, Ms. Anastassia. The staff was friendly, there is a children activity at the ballroom which is great. My overall stay here is better than at the other 5-star hotel the other night.

It was a pleasant stay, with a quiet atmosphere even though it's in the city center. The breakfast menu is varied, and the staff at Kak Billy's restaurant are incredibly friendly.

Ayana is one of my preferred places to stay with my family, both in Jakarta and outside Jakarta. The experience has consistently been top-notch and feels well worth the value.
