Coming all the way from Cibubur for a one-night staycation here was totally worth it! Yesterday's staycation (May 14-15) was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There's no need to ask about the building, it's that beautiful, it has the feel of an English royal castle, doesn't it? Especially at night, it's so beautiful for photos. The room was nice, clean, comfortable, the AC was perfect, the bathroom was spacious and had hot water. The facilities were really good! That night we had a romantic dinner at Belle Vue restaurant, we had booked it a week ago and the food was the BEST!! The food at a five-star hotel restaurant must be delicious, right? (they are based on Italian food). It's also suitable for families because there is a children's play area and a children's pool.

It was very impressive, with lots of photo spots, and a hotel with a European royal feel. I was very satisfied.

Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay. The décor stands out with its colonial/Victorian-inspired style, and although some of the building materials feel rather inexpensive, the hotel still manages to create an interior and exterior atmosphere that feels distinct from most other hotels around Lembang. The thing I disliked the most was the bathroom setup. There was no water hose at shower, which made it quite inconvenient for me to perform wudu, so I had to use the sink instead. Other than that, I don’t really have major complaints, except that the food simply didn’t suit my taste and some spot in a corner of bedroom is quite dusty.

It was a pleasure to stay here with such excellent facilities, service, and hospitality. Thank you, GH Universal Hotel, for being a part of our family's happiness.🥰

An absolutely wonderful hotel. The restaurant also serves delicious food. Perfect for a family or couple vacation.

My stay here was very comfortable, pleasant, and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, causing water to pool and take a long time to drain. Overall, I liked the room and the room was clean. However, if possible, there's an elevator to get down to the pool, so taking older children up and down won't be difficult if you have to climb stairs to get to the pool area.

The staff is very friendly and responsive, very clean and always smells good. The breakfast is very complete, delicious and tasty, there is afternoon tea and small snacks too. The pool is comfortable for children to swim/play in the water, never disappoints if you request a birthday surprise. The best GH Universal Hotel is the most comfortable and there is always a reason to come back here ❤️

The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. There was a gecko in my room, so at 12:30 a.m., I asked the hotel staff to check it out, and they came right away. It was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you 🙏

The hotel rooms need renovation, they're outdated. The taste and quality of the breakfast food need improvement.
