I actually wanted to give it a 10/10 rating, but there was one thing that disappointed me during my stay. During my stay, the hotel allowed guests to play music at a fairly disturbing volume around the pool area, which disturbed my family and I's peace of mind. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel will pay more attention to the comfort of all guests, not just one party. Thank you!

Kamar yang nyaman untuk beristirahat terutama saat hotel low season, juga teras yang nyaman untuk bersantai di saat nyamuk sedang tidak mengganggu. Mohon pihak hotel punya ide untuk mencari jasa pihak ketiga dalam mengatasi gangguan nyamuk karena hotel berada di lokasi rimbun pepohonan.

The room was spacious and clean. It's got everything we need for staying. The bathroom was large, clean, with hot water. Breakfast is good. Staff were nice and polite. Location is strategic, in the center of Senggigi. The swimming pool has tremendous view, you can see monkeys jumping around the tree. The service and staff are very friendly, the check-in process is fast, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is okay, only 1 lacks air conditioning in the room, the sound is noisy.

Some problems can't be solved by the manager on duty, such as parking the motorbike group welcoming the MotoGP. Whereas overall (via the application & directly to the hotel) I ordered 11 rooms. Besides that, the tv was broken, the bathroom door that couldn't be locked and so on.

Poorly maintained hotel. The sheets don't have termites. How come the management doesn't check the room first before guests come. The pool is also mossy. Breakfast lacks choice. The point is that the price paid is in accordance with what you get.
