Located in the city center, close to Petisah shopping.

Good according to standards, close to the night food center, so it's not far if you want to look for dinner.

Upon first checking in, the receptionist was very friendly, but they didn't accompany us to our room, so when we found something missing and the door was difficult to open, we had to go back downstairs. When I asked for toiletries like soap, toothbrush, and towels, they still didn't come. After asking for them three times, they were given downstairs, and the staff who gave me the towels were less friendly and had an annoyed expression, which was unpleasant. The next day, the elevator was also broken, so we had to go back and forth up the stairs. The bathroom was also less than clean and smelly. I booked two rooms; one was fine, but the other room was missing many of the amenities that should have been provided according to the app.

The room is narrow, I don't know whose idea it was to put the sink in the room, not in the bathroom. There is no doormat and tissue, in the bathroom there is only a shower. Very troublesome and the room becomes wet.

Overall good. The front office is friendly. For a budget hotel like that, it's worth it. Not as bad as the previous comment. Only the building is a bit lacking, maybe the building is old. And the sheets also look dull.

For transit and location in the city center is quite affordable. Refreshment needs to be improved.

This hotel really needs a refreshment of the interior and exterior including its furniture. The good thing is that it is close to the city and culinary is easy. For transit, it is more than enough with this price in the middle of the city.

Friendly and responsive. Have stayed here twice. Access to everywhere is close
