Hotel staff made us wait for up to two hours. After waiting, we were given a room card. After arriving at the room on the card, we were instructed to wait another 15 minutes to exchange the card number for a different floor. Upon arriving at the second room, there were no towels in the room at all. There was only a doormat in front of the bathroom door that resembled a towel.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The bathroom smelled, the sink was clogged, and the toilet was stained with yellow stains. There was no liquid soap or shampoo, only a small bar of soap. The next morning, we asked for a room change and were greeted by a friendly female staff member, a stark contrast to the male staff member who greeted us at check-in. We were given an upgraded room facing the main road, but the windows were not soundproof. Our sleep was disturbed throughout the night by the sound of vehicles, especially motorcycles. It was quite an unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.

The room was decent, but very uncomfortable because the hotel area was dirty and unkempt. From the parking lot to the entrance, the lobby, and even the elevators, it looked like they hadn't been cleaned. It's a shame, considering this is a nice hotel. Management should improve the cleanliness of the hotel.
