DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL !! such a scam, horrible hotel, i booked 3 nights but just stay only 3 hours (i negotiate for half refund like 75-50% but they just can’t. unfortunately i didn’t check the reviews in google maps firts. when you go inside hotel area, it’s more look like abandone place. pool are so dirty and had a lot of flies, building is old with peeled paint, dust, gazebo is so dirty, lot of cigarette ash and food crumbs, hallway is dark and looks like creepy hospital’s hallway, room with old floor. table, mirror frame and closet broke, curtain very ugly and had mold, the bedcovers looks clean but once i lay down there, my skin so itchy, it must be a bedbugs, stuffy toilet and also living room. no wonder the hotel requires a deposit and lists 70 fines for any room amenities that are damaged, as the hotel is very old and fragile. also no wonder the hotel has implemented a no-cancellation or refund policy, as the hotel is not sold out that much. THIS HOTEL RUINS MY HOLIDAY

The hotel facilities and cleanliness are okay, there is a swimming pool in the middle, the environment is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the strategic location is great in the middle of Seminyak near the main sunset road, whichever way you want to go, it's delicious 👍🏻. Minuses: the bathroom floor is a bit slippery but still safe, the parking area is not large enough

Hi, I'm dying in July 2024, it's worth it guys, the room is big and clean, fits 5 people. Just a suggestion, if you are sensitive about taking a unit other than unit 5, just request it from the front office. Experience The door can automatically open itself in the middle of the night.

We've stayed here twice. But still one thing we were looking forward to wasn't there, namely there weren't any clotheslines. Until a guest next door brought his own clothesline.

This hotel is nice & I have stayed twice but yesterday there was no hot water so I was moved to another room but in 1 room the AC was not cold enough and immediately filled with freon. The curtains need to be replaced because there are visible stains that can't be removed. Overall it's okay because of the fast response from the hotel staff.

It's very comfortable here and close to everywhere, if you need laundry, it's near the hotel, you need an Indomaret, it's also near the hotel. I was really surprised that the room was so spacious, but unfortunately the downstairs bathroom had no ventilation so it was stuffy so I never used the downstairs bathroom the whole time I was staying, hehehe. The rest is really ok. The staff were very friendly, no one was rude, asked about motorbike rental and they took it to the nearest rental, really helpful. There is a stove and complete cooking utensils so it makes it easier for guests who bring small children, the refrigerator is also cold. The room AC is especially cold. My child really feels at home. Next time I will come here again!

The rooms infrastructure was not good at all. The room was sliding on one side. The rooms were smelly. No service at all. Ordered bottles of water no one came. The wifi was not working. In the morning we got late for 15/20 mint and the staff told that they were going to charge 450,000. That's the lowest level these guys went to. Don't book this villa, I swear you will regret it.

No clear restriction among the guest. Other guest is to noisy and they allow to eat durian in the room.

Tempatnya sangat luas dan nyaman, walaupun desain dan interior sudah agak lama tapi tetap nyaman dan bersih untuk ditinggal.

Kamar bagus, nyaman, tapi resepsionis yang berambut pendek datar banget, terkesan gak ramah, gak ada negur-negurnya, ditegur pun cuek aja, dan tak ada senyuman 😅. Kalau resepsionis satunya baru ok, kebetulan datang sama resepsionis berambut pendek, besok ya ketemu resepsionis satunya, jadi merasakan perbedaannya sekali.

Nice place, luas, ada pantry lengkap dengan kompor dan perlengkapannya. Kekurangannya hanya di air di kamar mandi, sedikit asin seperti air penyulingan dari laut, pakai sabun untuk cuci apapun endingnya licin, kamar mandi ada 3 sayangnya saluran pembuangannya kurang bagus sehingga sering tergenang. Overall good.

Actually, it's not bad, but the water isn't good for bathing. It's not refreshing if you use soap and rinse it several times. The water is slippery. Anyway, the water is not good. Taking a shower many times, my face becomes dirty and finally pimples appear, the point is that the water is not good. If it could be improved, the water would be good, it would definitely be full if the water was improved. I went there in 2017, I went there again yesterday 2023, the water didn't change, finally it only lasted a day.
