Not a great experience, especially with a 10-month-old baby We spent one week at this hotel and unfortunately had more negative than positive experiences. Several issues affected our stay: * The kids’ pool was freezing cold, despite being one of the main reasons we booked. * Sunbed reserving is allowed and not managed. Before the pool even opened, most beds were already taken with towels. * The hotel is overpriced for the experience provided. * If you have dietary restrictions (gluten or dairy), food options are extremely limited. We ended up eating mostly grilled chicken or fish with fries all week. * The luggage room has no access control, so anyone can walk in and out. * Customer service lacked a willingness to go the extra mile. We heard “it’s not possible” countless times, even for simple requests. * The double bed is two single beds pushed together that separate easily, making it feel unsafe. We almost fell into the gap several times. * Ants appeared quickly if any food was left in the room or on the terrace. * There was a constant sewage smell from the bathroom. Our last morning summed up the stay. Reception gave us incorrect information about the early breakfast, leading to an unnecessary argument over something we had already paid for.

It’s a mid-tier hotel … with OK food. It’s a bit full around the pool. If you want to use the safe in your room, you have to pay for it. Lots and lots of children. If you have to leave early, do not expect breakfast… it starts at 7:45am

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was immaculate. We only had breakfast, great choice of food and the staff were very attentive.

Great stay. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast and dinner were very good and there were plenty of options every time. Facilities were good and there was plenty to do. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away and there are also enough shops and restaurants nearby.

Lovely hotel, great location beside the beach. Large swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. Booked room only which was great value, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and supermarket across the road which was convenient.

Amazing location! Right next to a very beautiful beach. Shops nearby. Excellent facilities for a family holiday.

The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded.

Restaurant staff : incredible service by José and its team Room : we can hear everything from the other rooms and from the outside. So if the neighbours are noisy late at night or early morning…. Forget the sleep! It does need some love !! Staff at the front desk : service is ok but lack of speaking English makes it difficult to communicate properly.

Absolutely spotless - really impressed with how clean it was and how clean it was kept throughout. We were on the all inclusive package, which was excellent. Good beer on draught and decent spirits. Wine wasn't the best but thats ok. The buffet was decent too and did switch up a lot, despite there not being a huge amount of choice. The pool area was fine, never had an issue with a sunbed but were there towards the end of September. Only downside was the entertainment, which was acrobics.The music was loud and repetive. The Vengaboys doesn't need playing 3 times in one workout!! Overall, a solid hotel and would return for a few days break away.

Great location and steps away from Alcudia Beach. A convenient supermarket just across the road and a 7 minute walk to Lidl for essentials. Breakfast was fantastic with many options.
