Good experience.

Check in took 30 minutes and the Auto check in machines which should makes things quicker didn’t work. Room was fine, but the bathroom sink had no space to put toothbrush/toothpaste. And the curtain was very thin.

Shower flooded my room

Le personnel était courtois et accueillant. La chambre était belle, propre et bien entretenue. La localisation est parfaite, idéale pour profiter du quartier. Le seul point négatif est le bruit : autant celui provenant de l’extérieur que celui des autres occupants de l’hôtel. Nous entendions même les chasses d’eau des autres chambres. Personnellement, je n’y serais pas resté plus d’une nuit à cause de cela.

The location is great. The room are ok if you not claustrophobic, can be a bit noisy at night. 24/7 front desk is helpful, all the staff are great.

Great location. Clean and modern.

Rooms are way too small. Can’t even bring in your suitcase. Sink is in your bedroom. No room whatsoever. Bed is practically in shower. So small not even enjoyable. Was woken up next door when they came in 12am and turned on lights. Could see lights from next door through baseboards. Thermostat essentially didn’t work. With shower heat room gets really warm and can’t cool room.

Great location for walking and shopping. Only thing I would add is a curtain in the bathroom it get full of water very fast.

The rooms are small but for the location it’s great.

Excelente ubicación, opciones de comida cerca. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la regadera era de cristal y se podia ver desde la cama, no hay privacidad para tomar un baño o ir ak baño.

Very small rooms, bathroom had a almost see-through frosted glass, so cannot use bathroom with others present in the room, some things were not working (locker doors/locks). Staff is very sweet and helpful, but they cannot change the see-through bathrooms!

Excellent place. Closed to all the right places. Train stations are very closed. Coffee shop reallly good. Staff really great and always willing to help.

The front staff was nice and welcoming. The problem was the room. It was extremely small-and I’ve stayed at other European hotels that are also small and/or boutique hotels. The shower was so small and water would pour into the toilet area. Amenities were limited as well. The walls were paper thin, you could hear other rooms bathing or going to restroom, making sleep difficult.
