Staff extremely helpful in pointing us to excellent spots that were walkable but away from the tourist epicenters.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, they made our stay truly wonderful!

This property is totally disappointing. The customer service was horrible. We had to go through a lot of steps just to check in and get to the room, which was especially frustrating in the hot and humid weather. The bed was very uncomfortable. Throughout the hotel, items were stored in the walkways, making the passages so narrow that only one person could pass at a time, while others had to wait. The property was not worth the money we paid. There was no breakfast and no coffee provided. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property.

Unique style room, good location next to St. Marks and a great staff. Arranged our water taxi and had staff there to handle our luggage. Recommended great places to eat. Only negative was no elevator.

Excellent location!

This location was fantastic. Was very close to Saint Marks walking distance to a lot of stuff. The staff was so helpful as we needed to figure out transportation for a cruise. There were a lot of stairs, which was the only hard part for us. I would stay here again though.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The staff spoke good English and were very helpful with tips, suggestions and directions. The room was small, but clean and a nice hot shower. AC worked very well. Very close to Piazza San Marco

Great place in a great location

Great location, 2-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and 6-minute walk to Bridge of Signs; The young lady was so helpful when we checked in and recommended us an authentic Venetian restaurant where I had my best dinner in Italy during this vacation. The welcome treats were thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We loved this hotel. Great room, very quiet. Ideal location. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Lots of stairs but we didn't mind that. Would definitely stay here again.

Le personnels sont très serviable..hotel est bien situé...les chambres c'est un style rétro.. mur de tapisserie tres salle....petit déjeuner à la demande..(.la veille)...pour moi l hotel est un 2 étoiles....vue de l extérieure l hotel donne l impression d être une cabane...note:60%

The front desk staff was fantastic and gave us many great ideas about places to visit. The room was quaint and very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice.

Very close to shops and great restaurants. Incredibly friendly staff. First time in Venice and they were very sweet and let us know of good places to visit.
