It was all perfect! Great location 5 minutes walk from beach and shops. Great rooms, comfortable beds and nice views from balcony. Very friendly staff, awesome breakfasts. Nice pools for adults and children. Great coffee by the pools. We would love to stay again.

very convenient location. We loved that the property was next to tennis and padel courts. Breakfast and dinner also exceeded our expectations as the food was fresh and with variety. We appreciated this as we had food constraints. Overall, the bar and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is okay but it's not really a 4-star hotel, and the conditions were average. The rooms had no tissues, iron or complimentary bottled water (all of those are really standard in 4 star hotels); we did have a kettle waiting for us as well as a few packets of tea and coffee but these were never refilled during our week-long stay so we ran out pretty quickly; the room didn't feel like it was vacuumed since we could feel a lot of sand on the floor. The hotel has some weird business practices, e.g.: they provide you with a room safe but don't provide you with a key (they consider it an extra per-day paid service), our rate included free breakfasts and dinners and for some reason the breakfast drinks (juices, water, hot drinks etc.) were free of charge at breakfasts but paid at dinners (yes, not even water was free of charge, in a 4 star hotel where our rate included free dinners...). The A/C was there but it was barely working despite average temperatures of around 20 degrees (it was easier for us to leave the balcony open during the night to cool the temperature down rather than relying on AC). On the plus side: we arrived late at night and had a dinner waiting for us which was a very nice touch; the staff was friendly too. The food was good but as weird as it sounds it made our whole family bloated. The hotel is in walking distance from the beach and has a bicycle rental shop right next to it if you're into that sort of thing.

The stay was truly Amazing and I would say it's one of the best stays i ever had. Hotel staff is amazing, restaurant is awesome especially Dinner. Also, the staff was so nice that they celebrated my wife's birthday as a surprise.. Truly touched by that. Public Transport is so easy from this place and beaches , aquarium is just walkable distance. Very please, nice facilities like Pool, table tennis, Jacuzzi etc., I would love to stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. We opted for smaller type room, given only 2 of us. Plenty of space. Tea making facilities.Room 312 above and below had a pool and garden view. Others in that block wouldn’t, so was very lucky. Disappointing having to pay €26 for a safe already in the room. Thought that was so old fashioned. Room cleaned every day by very friendly staff.

Good place to stay for affordable price, but not recommend if you are planning for a fancy luxurious vacation. *Room: It was nicely renovated but the whole building itself is very old. And maybe therefore there were lot of drain flies in the toilet.. They weren’t much annoying as they mostly just stay on the wall without flying, but they aren’t really pleasant to see.. *Toiletry: There is a shampoo/bodywash tube attached in shower booth, and tiny shampoo and bodywash bottles are provided additionally, but these tiny bottles will not be provided again after you used them up. The towels seemed very old (they often had holes..). Also sometimes they did not have enough bath towels, so we received 2 small sized towels instead of bath towels.. *Breakfast: It was good but not the best. They had fresh and delicious fruit and good quality omelette. But they have very limited menu. If you are a coffee lover, you might get disappointed with the coffee machine.. the coffee there was ok-ish. *Staff: The staffs are nice, but many of them don’t speak English. As there were lot of German guests some staffs can speak German, but not very well. (They might not understand you accurately..)

I arrived with my family for check-in late evening. The reception wasn't very friendly. Basically told us that everything is closed and that he couldn't even provide water or offer any food as it's late. And we shouldn't bother him and wait for morning or go out and grab food/water ourselves. It is very strange i must say for a 4-star to have no water, iron etc. in the room. The rooms and property is outdated and requires renovation. It is not a 4-star by any means. The only good thing was breakfast. Lots of options and food was fresh. Location is also decent. But amenities like air-conditioners are old, toilet sinks and shower drainage was poor and blocked and when we complained, they took more than a day to send someone to have a look who claimed to have fixed it, but didnt make much of a difference. Overall, i would rate it between a 2-3 star with lots of room for improvement. House keeping would barge in without knocking and would only change bedsheets if you're standing there, otherwise they would simply shuffle the old ones.

We stayed over four days and in general the hotel was ok, but personally I don't think it was a four star, three would be more accurate. The food was disappointing, and many items at dinner were overcooked and/or cold because the hot plates didn't seem to work. Coffee machines in the restaurant were awful. The location is good and it was quiet. The towels were a little tired, but changed daily with a good room clean. The pool is small. Overall, a pleasant stay but not somewhere I would necessarily return if other hotels were available.

Amazing stay , very good service and all staff are very nice and polite

Great Hotel for our long weekend. Only 10 min taxi ride from airport. Check in process was quick and efficient. Had a room on the 4th floor and was clean and comfy. Balcony had plenty of room. Buffet breakfast had a good range to choose from. only a few minutes walk to seafront promenad. Pool area was very clean and never had a problem finding a sunbed. Staff all very helpful too.

Super! Il personale é gentilissimo e disponibile. La posizione é strategica: solo pochi minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia e poco vicino un sacco di locali e ristoranti. Al checkout, se necessario, mettono a disposizione uno storage per i bagagli e doccia se necessario. Colazione a buffet buonissima.

Had a great time. Stayed for five nights. Friendly and serviceminded staff in the reception. Really great breakfast with everything you need, included omelette and fresh fruits. The bed was a little too hard and the pillow really thin, but overall pretty okey. Had a neighbor below us smoking weed on his balcony every night, but that’s not the hotels fault.
