Wonderful hotel, very clean with extremely helpful staff.

The hotel was gorgeous, and the staff members were so helpful and kind.

We booked one of the most expensive rooms and they put us in an outdated room with no view, one towel and the flag pole banging with the wind all night. The front desk lady and manager the next day were rude and didn’t seem to care. Truly one of the worst hotels we have stayed in period but especially for $1200 a night.

Our favored experience goes for its character-rich guest rooms, warm hospitality, and gourmet restaurant. The hotel has a convenient access to surrounding areas through walking and bus routes.

Location is good. Staff was nice. But it was an average rundown hotel with limited facilities. We did not even have a tea bag in our room. Room service food was terrible and they charged us 10 Euros for hot water! Overall I won't come back. There are multiple better options around and this place was overpriced.

The Hotel Bristol is a classic property in the heart of Salzburg. Located near the classic locations of old town and Mirabell Palace, it was a great location for walking at any hour.

Best most knowledgeable service from all members of staff.

Superior~~. The lady at check in was the BEST ever. She had all of our tickets for events ready for us and arranged a hair appointment nearby. She told us about the dining rooms at the hotel and also aided us in finding vegetarian places. She showed us up to our room. She was always there with a smile and totally professional when we came downstairs and whoever was on the front desk was incredible. This was the best staff at an hotel we've stayed in. Breakfast was very nice and dinner in the hotel was delicious. The hotel location was wonderful. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful rooms. The preservation of photos and articles from past famous guests is very impressive.

They do not have parking on site as advertised. Have valet 60 pet day and a discount for self parking down the street. They give you a voucher for a 12.00 off but it didn't work. Maid forgot to restock water in room. Got one bottle from bar and 10.00 added to bill. On checkout i asked for the 12. 00 for parking and 10.00 dollars for water and they would not do it. Overall great hotel but need to correct their advertising about having parking because they don't actually have any

All staff at the hotel were very friendly & helpful. Particular mention for the head barman (somelier). He was very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Room was lovely as was the hotel throughout. It certainly lived up to our expectations. Thank you.

Excellent location and staff

Bristol hotel should invest in training their personnel to smile. This is my first time in my travel experience with five start hotel that not a single front desk person has ever smiled. You get there and the atmosphere is horrible. We felt intimidated to ask questions. As far as the accommodation goes, you are paying for the espectacular view and location, the hotel itself is very charming and had a lot of history. The breakfast is somehow mediocre. But the restaurant is really good, doesn’t have too much variety but whatever we tried was good. As for the rooms, the view from the third floor was amazing. On the negative side, theAC doesn’t go below 20C. The bathroom is pretty but it is very hot like if they have a constant heater on, so get ready for a sauna. Beds are old and you feel wires on it. The desk leather chair had black mold on the back, totally unacceptable. But overall, it was a good experience.

Lovely bath and sleeping accommodations. Conveniently located to Old Town, Mirabell Palace Gardens and bus lines.

Everything is so outdated. The room is small and bathroom is worse for €430/night. Got upgraded because of water issues. The breakfast and service are mediocre. Really not worth it except the location.
