The rooms at this hotel are huge and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. It's a large property, so there are many additional amenities that can be purchased (spa services, a casino). The location was convenient to Old Town Plovdiv and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a good value.

Very nice clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We had a nice view of the river from our room and the hotel is a walkable distance to the old town. Overall it was a great stay and I would return.

Nice hotel closed to the north endpoint of the pedestrian street. Big room with city view, nice breakfast, casino in the hotel. Free parking.

Hotel was excellent, although slightly far from the Old Town in very hot weather. Food was excellent, both breakfast and in Cafe Vienna. The swimming pool and jacuzzi etc were great but unfortunately there was a charge of about £7 to use each time! I think that it should be included for hotel guests.

Air conditioner Was very hot .. place was not bad

Enjoyed our stay, only issue was you needed swim cap to use pool or hot tub. The sold for $6 Bulgarian dollars. We ended up not having time to swim anyways.

Room was good ...standard size ....we were feeling hot and there was no system of turning on the AC only heater was running . Check out time is strictly 11.30 a.m

Excellent hotel with good, friendly and helpful team

Spa and pool were closed. Room stank of stale rubber from the aircon. Corridors smelt smoky, clearly the non-smoking in rooms policy is not enforced.

Hotel has a good location for those wanting access to the Internatinal Fair and Old City. While towels were changed daily, our room including the bathroom was cleaned (serviced) once in the 7 days we were there. Cups and drinking glasses were not washed / replaced. Toiletries including soap and toilet paper were not replenished. The booking included daily servicing. Frequently the front desk had limited English speaking capability making requests difficult. Staff were friendly,

The pictures at Expedia are for the remodeled rooms. We were not lucky. Our room was VERY old. The sofa bed is awful

Excellent location, really friendly staff, multiple things to do on-site including bowling. It’s really grand, love the decor but the lobby could do with a bit more light, a little dark but good ambience at night. Small issue for me, you have to pay to use the pool @BGN40 (approx £20) 😳per person per day. It’s my second visit, I will use it again.

Huge hotel, and rooms are also huge. It feels a bit empty because it's so big, but staff are friendly. Used hotel gym which is pretty good. Decent weights and machines. Didn't use pool in the end as it was extra. Breakfast was fine although coffee quality could be improved .

I was excited about swimming in the pool, but I didn’t realize it was an extra charge. At first I was told 25 lev and when I looked surprised the lady asked if I was a guest, I said yes, so she said it would be 20 lev. I decided not to swim, the next day I saw on the board that it is 12 lev to swim. I don’t expect people to try and rip me off in a hotel
