Looks new and very clean. Near to sansovino tram station. Staff were friendly, breakfast is good.

Great staff and amenities.

The pictures are deceptive. The hotel is old, in a questionable area with limited (I mean VERY limited) parking in a dark lot. I had to park 2 blocks away in a public lot. The rooms are very small and outdated.

Amazing service

Property have small rooms, booked room with double bed and single bed, family room you don't have enough space to walk, bathroom shower is tooooo small, one man even cannot enter inside, i think that's only 2fts shower tray. its closer to the transport bus stop next to, tram 10mins parking free. but for the price is not good not comfort

Comfortable

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was not friendly at all; in fact, they seemed quite bothered when I asked for assistance. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, it was making a weird noise. When I asked for help, the guy at the front desk went up to the room, didn’t say a word, and simply turned down the AC. No explanation, no apology—just silence. The bathroom was also a disappointment, much smaller than what I’m used to in similar hotels in Europe. The location isn’t great either—it's about 30 minutes away from Venice and there’s nothing of interest nearby. Given the poor service and unfriendly treatment, this hotel is definitely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in quiet place well connected by bus15 and tram 1 from mestre and easy to go to venice aswell. The family room for 4 has design fault the half partition between rooms blocking the air conditioning- spoke to Alberto who was very kind & helpfull and sorted a fan which sorted the issue-- otherwise would have been 5star for comfort aswell.

Overall not going to recommend anyone, A/C wasn't working too hot.

Rooms are clean but small ,no refrigerators

Amazing location as Tram station for Venice centre is just 5 minutes away (€1.5) each way. You can buy tickets from the hotel reception. Main line train station Maestre is around 5 minutes by taxi, from where you can catch trains for all over Italy. Over service is very good. Breakfast is ok ok, nothing exciting. Only problem I had was with the hotel WiFi, it’s very poor if you have the corner rooms. So check out on this while booking. Staff are very good and helpful.

Place itself was okay (though our room had that slightly funky hotel room deodorizer smell) but service from front desk left something to be desired. They sell non-refundable bus tickets at the front desk (prominent sign), but they don’t let you know that it is for only one of the bus lines that visit the stop in front of the hotel, and it’s not the one that has the earliest service to the airport. We wasted 20 euros on the tickets and ended up paying for a taxi. Our situation is likely common, so I would expect more heads up from the front desk. Note that the early morning front desk staff was more helpful than the afternoon staff. Regret staying there.

The hotel conditions are great, good breakfest, very well located. An excelente choice.

Good hotel. The water in the shower was weak and took a long time to get warm, but ok for a short stay.

Close to tram stop for easy trips in and out of Venice each day. Tram tickets available at the hotel. WiFi was poor in the room, and the room was very small, but everything else was fine.
