What I didn’t like is that I go there an 1 and a half early 1:30 pm check in was 3:00 pm I asked the clerk if she could check me in early she stated that it would be a $50.00 charge. I told her that I just had a chemo session done and that I needed a place to recuperate and could she make an exception, she said it was company policy. In conclusion I went to my vehicle and parked underneath a tree until 3:00 pm. BTW the TV didn’t work and the maintenance person was gone for the day.

I only spent 1 night. The place was clean, very close to the airport and staff were friendly. The area felt unsafe but other than that it was good.

The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was raining when we got there and there was water leaking in from the window of our room. Definitely not a new problem because the floorboards in the area were warped. It was fine to stay there overnight after we missed our connection flight but probably not for an extended period of time.

Cleanliness, is only getting a 5 star because the room was cleaned, but i wasn’t told that i had to tell day before to come clean the room, i didn’t get new towels or wash cloths , but other then that great hotel.

This hotel is amazing especially for the price! It’s only 8 mins away from the airport too! The guest service was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Very nice and clean rooms. So close to the airport Restaurants in walking distance. Miami Springs is a good neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel and if need be, I would stay here again.

Cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallways in the morning, around 7-8 AM. Fire alarm went off several times late at night during our stay. Parking lot could be cleaner. HVAC unit was unreasonably loud. Room was not bad, spacious, bed was comfortable,
