Overall nice place though bit on dated side & room lighting slightly dark & hard to get help from staff but great stay!

Great stay and for business meeting!

Cons 1)Have ramp but too steep for us. Stg that we can slide our mom down the ramp easily with the wheelchair 2)have ramp towards the entrance but no ramp at the restaurant entrance for breakfast 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ luckily the staff did offer to help but you can easily install a portable ramp just to ease everyone. 3)hope can be more accessible for someone with wheelchair and disabilities for a 5 star hotel Pros The hospitality is top notch. Your staff is helpful, attentive and friendly. You make us very comfortable Except when i called your instant service via hotel phone. They were as if just woke up from sleeping and their tone is not friendly. But your site staff is great Hats off to the people at the lounge. Spend 3 nights just for the live band. Hearing the guitarist lan if im right and also the singer. As a millennial i appreciate the playlist not being too evergreen nor too modern. Just nice for the vibe. The staff at the lounge also really helpful theres this one guy didnt get to hv his name. A foreign staff if im not mistaken. Overall im quite satisfied my parent is happy except about the ramp for wheelchair. Very dangerous and defeat its purpose if its that steep as some wheelchair may not have breaks control .

Friendly parking lot, staff, and surrounding.

The best place I've stayed in for that price. The bathtub was huge, toilet was big. Bathroom floor made of wood. The whole aesthetics of the room was inch perfect. The deco complimented the leitmotif. I almost wanted to live there. Hands down best value for money hol experience

Very nice place to stay and very friendly family.

Perfect place for a staycation. Good for family or even with your partner and friends. A hidden gem, a place away from the hustle & bustle of the city but still within a stone ' s throw away. There are nice restaurants and entertainment venues within the property and they serve really good food. Two of the restaurants are our favorites here. They are Kogetsu (Japanese) and Ti Chen (Chinese). We also like to spend time in RP (Rumah Peranakan, Restro Bar) preferring to sit on the 1st-floor outdoor area giving us a feeling that we are in a resort. Their restaurant Senja is good too but a bit pricey. Their spa is good and I like it but I only went for the body massage and did not experience anything else, so I cannot comment much. Their lobby lounge (Bayu Lounge) has a nice atmosphere but the choices of non-alcholic beverages here are limited and my guests that I entertained there have complained about the availability of the juices as they do not have all juices in the menu available (normally they are out of stock). This has happened many times. Their facilities are below par (in terms of the pool and gym). They do not have a tennis court (even though the golf club has a few but the hotel guest cannot use them). There is ample parking and it has easy access to the rooms depending on which block you stay in. The rooms are comfortable, well designed, spacious, and well lit, with help from a big window. Getting around to shopping malls, convenience stores, airport (Subang) is easy as they are all within less than a 10-minute drive but beware of peak hour traffic (working hours0 <a short trip can take an hour or more depending on if it is raining or during peak traffic. I and my family come here regularly as they have a package (for dining only now, used to have a package with Hotel room and dining). Looks like we have to cut down our stays here as they do not offer the package (Lifestyle by Saujana) with Stay & Dining which was worth it. The new package has Dining only but the discounts are lower than before.

I have stayed here since the hotel named Saujana Hyatt. Overall it is a pleasant stay. The only thing the air conditioning controller need to do something on it for example the temperature seems can be control but still the room is too cold. Need to switch off the air conditioning rather than control the temperature.

Comfort and quite place to rest. be rejuvenate with the surrounding. I like the exterior design in lobby, and dining place. Exclusive and ggod ambience.

Overall stay was perfect - from check in to check out. The interior & exterior hotel was excellent & the staffs are very professional & friendly. Will comeback for next visit.

This was actually our second stay at this hotel but this time the experience was even better. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early around 1.30pm that we can have the time to arrange for a surprise birthday for my sister. Our request to have connecting room was fulfilled too. Room is exactly as described & in their photo. Clean environment and most importantly calming and serene with all the greens and lake in front of our room. Perfect staycation in the city.

We had lunch room service and ordered local food, it was delicious. And breakfast has a good spread. The location is great as it is away from the city. Will return for our next trip! 2 Thumbs Up! Cheers!

Fast check-in, peaceful hotel. One problem is if raining there is no porch for hotel guest car parking. Breakfast delicious!
