This is an older hotel in a great location. It's right on the road, and across the street is the beach – a steep beach perfect for swimming. The rooms, bathrooms, and balconies are very spacious, making it convenient to hang clothes and swim from the balcony. The price is reasonable. The swimming pool is large enough for actual swimming, not just for show, and it's incredibly shady – you can swim while enjoying the trees. There's ample parking behind the hotel. Most guests are foreigners; there are very few Thai people.

For me, What the most important things to choose hotel to stay are: 1) Location, Room rate with breakfast, associate service, serviced minded, willing -to help-attitude staff on whatever it is requested. Here,to be honest,they have tried their best to look for the solution for guest.Here I have found it in Avalon and also they are flexible on other issues too to deal with to make guest feel relax when the request s are making and being made. 2) Fruits in breakfast , payapa, pineapple,water Mellon are always nice in big piece cutting and preparation. 3) Staff are friendly and easy going.We like that. 4) Reservation replied in the same day.This is very good. What to improve. are: 1) Staff smoke cigarettes on their duty and it smell has come up to the second floor. I understood there was nowhere else they can have a break apart from the staff area, seem- to be- in- the public area where other residents and guests walk by. Also they should keep calm too as the second floors and the above rooms are guest rooms.

Not suitable for rest The room is not soundproof. Hear the sound from the room next to And the room above all the time, the air conditioner has dripping water and mosquitoes in the room
