Meal choice and variety need to improve. Room facilities are a bit old, wifi also lacking, need to have smart TV at least and better control of aircon.

WiFi lagging and toilet don't have jet washer or bidet spray. How to clean dirt on my body?

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The room is spacious and wide, customer service is very friendly and ready to help. The AC is too cold and cannot be turned down because it is central, unfortunately there is no Qibla direction. Overall my parent really enjoy their vacation ☺.

Good hotel in the center of comercial zone of gadong. Near a lot of restaurant and hypermarket.

Strategy location. Easy to access. A lot of eateries.
