The hotel is really nice, especially the breakfast which is very varied and delicious.

The staff are very friendly. Starting from the receptionist, the chef, people who served us at the breakfast area, guards at the pool, and even the security are helpful. The room is pretty spacious even though the bed makes sounds when you move and the floor needs some fixing. Facilities in the room are good and pretty well maintained. Food is delicious... My husband loved it very much and even complimented the chef who walked here and there to check the food. Definitely, I will go back to this hotel whenever I visit Bandung again.

The hotel staff was friendly, and Mr. Arifin provided excellent service. The location is close to Braga, within walking distance, and close to the train station. I highly recommend staying here again.

Thank you to El Royale for the experience. Just sharing a little. First, my request for a special room was accepted and I was given a cake. My request for a connecting room was rejected due to unavailability. It was a shame because I had a baby with me. Even more unfortunate was the murky water, making it uncomfortable to bathe in the bathtub, and I found the breakfast to be lacking in variety. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This was my first time staying here, and so far so good. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy because it was close to the train. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, there weren't many photos.

A special hotel in Bandung, even though it is an old hotel, it is very attractive.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Braga. The staff is very friendly, the pool facilities are great, and the rooms are clean. However, the kids' area is limited. Thank you 🤗

The basement parking is a bit cramped, but everything else is nice and cool. I really like staying here because it's easy to get everywhere.
