I came here because my kids asked to take the train, so I went to Bandung, so I looked for a hotel close to Bandung Station, which people said was really close. In reality, taking a Grab takes 40 minutes in traffic and going around, maybe if I walk it's close, about 20 minutes, but the road is not pedestrian-friendly, there is no pedestrian-only section from the station to the hotel and the traffic is really congested so it's not safe if you bring small children, maybe it's safe for adults. Then here, if you go to Braga, you only have to walk because you just cross the street and then walk a bit to Braga.

It was a pleasure staying at the eL Hotel because of its proximity to the city center. The room was a good size, bright (not the dimly lit type), and most importantly, clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and ready to assist.

I had requested a non-smoking room, but surprisingly, when I first entered the room, I immediately smelled a very strong cigarette smell and there was a haze of smoke (I don't know if it was from the previous smoker or what). Then I complained and the hotel staff responded quickly, changing the room to a better one. The hotel staff service was very good, but please improve the room again. If it was stated as non-smoking from the start, it should have been cleaned properly or the previous smoker would have been fined.

Stayed for 5 days, this is the second time staying at El Hotel Bandung, very satisfying, but at 02.00 am you can often hear the sound of motorbikes very loudly, especially if there is a motorbike race early on Saturday night which can be heard clearly until the room… For the band players on April 18th night, please don't play all Noah songs, honestly I'm sleepy 😂 try the band's song choices which are brighter, more colorful. The housekeeping ladies who wear headscarves, thank you, I ordered 2 shower cups, really every day they give me 2 without reminding me again, simple but meaningful ♥️

We always stay in el Hotel whenever we vacation in Bandung. It’s never disappointing, the kids love it and will come back for sure.

This luxurious 4-star hotel feels like a 5-star hotel. Location: Close to Braga Street. Convenient for sightseeing in Braga, just 5 minutes away. Room: Clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming vibe. Staff: Friendly and very helpful. Food: Delicious, not disappointing. Parking: There's a dedicated basement parking lot, but it's a bit far from the elevator. There's also a small staircase leading to the lobby, making it a bit tricky with heavy luggage.
