Before filing a complaint, I'd like to commend the hotel. The atmosphere is great, very beautiful, and perfect for relaxation. However, I had an accident on the hotel grounds in the evening on the beach. It took a while for staff to arrange transportation to the hospital, and they only dropped me off, telling me to find my own way back using Grab or Bolt. They didn't follow up on my condition or ask about my well-being at all. There was no additional care or concern. I had to call them myself to inquire. My relaxing trip ended with me needing stitches on my foot, without being able to enjoy anything I had booked. In the end, the hotel offered a late check-out and a room upgrade for my next stay. I'm disappointed. Do I have to pay for my next stay to receive a room upgrade as compensation? Room 4036, February 14th, 2026.
