The staff and location were pefect and the breakfast was without compare. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

Excellent hotel to stay in. The location was incredible. Walking outside the front doors to see the Basilica di San Morenzo was an incredible experience. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted us whenever we needed them. I had to ask for ice for my drinks often and they always retrieved it for me. This is a great place to stay.

Good place

The location was excellent, but our hotel room was uncomfortably hot. We reported from the beginning that the air conditioning was not cooling properly. In the middle of the night, the temperature in our room reached the mid-80s, and we were sweating, so we asked to switch rooms. We were told that it would not be possible until maintenance looked at it in the morning and were given only a fan instead. The next day maintenance said it was fixed, but when we went back into our room, it was still hot so they did switch us to a bigger room where the AC was blowing cold. We appreciated that a lot.

Great property. Staff was excellent. Room was fantastic. Easy access from train station. Near every thing. Short walk to great shopping and excellent restaurants at every turn. Don’t miss Florence.

STAY AWAY!!!! Great hotel location. Everything else SUCKS. Giovanni is front staff in evening. He is absolutely terrible. Will never go back because of him. Zero customer service and rude. In any other countrytt, he would be fired the first day if he doesn’t get knocked out first.Day staff girl was fantastic but Giovanni needs to be banned from any hospitality business. Sad for such a great location hotel to lose business for one person. Pathetic.

The location is exceptional. Tha staff inscredibly friendly and helpful. The room is spatious and absolutely clean! I fully recommend it.

The hotel had a great location. It was on a busy street, but was quiet at night. It was close to many historical sites, including Duomo. It was also close to restaurants, bars, and many boutiques. The room was clean and had a great view.

This is an excellent hotel, small but so are most of the hotels. The location for this hotel could not be beat - everything is close and convenient. Dozens of great eating places and the largest market in Florence is just around the corner !!! Train station is less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again.

Beautiful hotel near the Central Market and close to the train station! We were actually so sad to only be there for a night and wished we were there for a few days.

We had one night before an extended tour. The hotel is perfectly located so we could walk around and see the sights. The breakfast was exceptional and Rachel was so attentive. Every staff member we encounter, George, Giovanni, Giuseppe, Bruna and Nastor were amazing. We felt comfortable the moment we checked in. I highly recommend Solo Hotel for your visit to Florence.

The hotel location was near the train station, great spot in town and convenient for walking around. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the problem was the shower cabin, it was out dated and water was leaking from the floor.
