I don't understand why hotel management didn't coordinate with the technicians, which disrupted guests who were resting. Room repairs/renovations were very disruptive.

There were some stains on the bedsheet, but they looked like old stains, so it was fine by me. They also cleaned the room every day. I honestly enjoyed my stay there as the process was very smooth too. The bathroom was really big; it could fit a whole family, to be honest.

The location is close to the train station. The hotel is old but clean. It's a shame it hasn't been upgraded. The room's AC doesn't work optimally. The towels have a rather strong odor.

If possible, the walls could be repainted. There are lots of stains. The business class room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also quite spacious. It's close to Malioboro Street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's close to the souvenir center.

Comfort is adequate. However, the air conditioning is very, very weak. There are no staff members walking around, making it a bit difficult to get urgent requests to the front desk. The food is still lacking in flavor. Perhaps a simple but tasty meal could be recommended.
