The view from the room overlooks the lake and mountains, a free minibar with soft drinks, beers, and chocolates, hot drinks, fruits, and crackers available on the 1st floor, open 24 hours, courteous and professional staff.

This was an incredibly beautiful and comfortable hotel! I loved my stay here. There are many restaurant options nearby, but I opted to eat on the patio because the view of the lake was so beautiful. It was easy to book a small room as a solo traveler. The private lakeside deck chairs were nice for lounging by/swimming in the lake, and the free standup paddle board rentals were a really nice perk. My main goal in staying in town was to hike on the Stoos ridge trail, which was accessible from the hotel by bus and the Stoos incline railway. The hike was incredibly beautiful and did not disappoint. The town is beautiful and has many nice walking trails throughout. I loved my stay here.

Amazing areas

We stayed for a night to break our journey from Germany to Italy. For the price we paid we thought the hotel didn’t live up to expectations There were several conferences and the hotel was geared up for them rather than private guests. The decor is looking a little tired. I think the hotel is living in past glory.

Great hotel high quality service with very friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. Would stay here again for business or vacation.

The property is beautiful and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. However the spa/hot tub facility was not working and this was the main reason that made me want to stay here. I wish they would have offered a part refund for the inconvenience.

I think this is the best hotel in Brunnen! It’s facing the lake directly and the view is so amazing!

My husband and I spent a week here for our anniversary. Brunnen might seem out of the way, but it is the perfect location. Close enough to sight see other locations but far enough away for peace and comfort. This property was incredible! The views were mesmerizing from every angle! The staff were so good to us and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Our room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning was exceptional and completed every day. The breakfast buffet was the perfect start to our day, and we ended every evening in the luxurious and immaculate spa. This was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had, and I can’t see it being beaten! I absolutely cannot wait to come back to this location one day!

The staff are super amicable. Front desk is a great help! Were willing to give recommendations and always spoke with a smile. Room was amazing and the views are spectacular!

An amazing location for a hotel. Picturesque lake in from of the hotel that you can enjoy looking at either from you room or the restaurant and even spa. The city is a calm one, so it’s a great place for one to chill and relax.
