Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets

A very pleasant hotel! The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean, service is nice. Complimantary parking is in the private garage across the street. Welness is the real added value of this hotel, it is spacious and it provides a swiming pool and 4 saunas. The only issue is that the sauna culture is rather poor among the guests. Rules clearly state no swiming suits in sauna, yet more than half of the guests wear them, which makes for a weird experience for guests that follow the rules.

Great hotel at Zell am See. You also receive the summer card, which is really nice to have to visit key attractions around the lake.

Great spa and pool to relax and unwind after skiing. Lovely bar and food. Bathroom and bedroom were very clean.

Hotel is near ski slopes, you can walk to AreitXpress. They have very nice wellness and pool. Stuff is superb, all helpful and nice.

Close to dining and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Friendly staff, small room but clean hotel room.

I had the best rest here. The staff were generally kind and the image of the hotel bar and restaurant was very good. I booked a dinner on the harpboard, and the dinner and dinner service were excellent. Breakfast was also prepared in various ways, and there was a chance to have a different drink of water. The sauna and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel were also satisfactory. However, the bed and pillow in the room were uncomfortable. I'm sorry I couldn't get some fresh sleep.

This was about 2kms from the lake and the main busy area. We had our car so had no issues getting around. Room was dated but clean. Our room had a nice balcony with a garden outside it. Breakfast was good and had good number of options. They were also very accomodating and helped us fix the wrong booking dates. It has an IGA next to it and a Tabak across. Do try the Thai hotel nearby too.

Wonderful hotel, but the room is small. Not far to, but not walking distance to, Zell Am See town. Didn't get to experience much of hotel service as most time was spent outside and only nights at hotel.

Booked hotel as a base for visiting Zell am See. Only 5mins by car from center of Zell. Hotel was comfortable, but we did not use the Spa facilities so cannot rate these. Food was good, but we only had a breakfast deal. I would recommend half board as the evening food looked very good. Remember that in Austria they still smoke in bars and restaurants, so this can be tiresome.. Underground car park was excellent, very secure.

There was no air conditioning. Also, the way the outlets were set up I could not use the converter I bought (that worked at every other hotel we stayed in...) to use my own appliances. The staff were wonderful and VERY helpful. Nice neighborhood but you have to walk far to get to anywhere or take a cab. About a 25-35 minute walk into town. The booking on hotels.com stated check out was at 11am. They tried coming in our room before 10am to clean it!

Although a little ways out of the centre of town, a short 15 minute walk along the lake got us there. The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly, and the facilities, including the spa, are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room that was to be a superior room with a king bed and a sofa bed for kids, was instead a very small room with a queen bed and two chairs that turned into beds which left no space in the room at all. When we complained about it (originally they had set up only one chair bed which was not enough with two children) they just added the second one instead of moving us to a larger room. Also we had made a dinner reservation for one of their two restaurants through email and when we showed up to eat they told us that they did not accept reservations for that specific one, so we talked to the manager who at first said it was not possible that we had made the reservation then when we showed it to her she took us to the other restaurant and she offered some drinks for free. Not in the town center (approximately 20 min walk) and not close to the lake either. Close to gondolas for winter sports.
