Unique experience. Old converted farmhouse in rural area but short drive to Ostunia. Daniela and staff extremely hospitable. Breakfast good and excellent dinner. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening at dinner service. The cuisine is local and simple yet tasty and unpretentious. Reminding me of my mothers food. I can’t say enough about Masseria Salinola. If you can go, you should go. Thank you Daniele and all the staff for treating us so well. We will return.

This Masseria was unbelievable! Our family (12. 10 and 7) found it such a welcoming and beautiful place. Those running it kept it meticulous and every detail was well thought through. The he food was delicious with great service. The farm and pool were in pristine condition. We honestly could not have had a better experience.

We decided to visit Masseria Salinola after reading a travel article about Puglia in Woman & Home magazine. It did not disappoint! I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

What an amazing property. The owners and hosts for our stay were remarkable. Love the fact that this property has been passed down over generations and they make you feel as if you’re part of the family. I would absolutely recommend this property. My only regret was not staying more than 2 nights. Will definitely stay longer the next time. Thanks to the entire staff for such a memorable experience.

Absolutely stunning place Authentic top class dinner is served with local ingredients and is changed on a daily basis - whilst not cheap with more regular restaurants, this would be one of the best if not the best restaurants in Ostruni

Family run property. Very authentic, you can tell the family works hard and the property is filled with lots of love and care. Food was amazing location is great if you want to venture to Ostuni town which is very beautiful and filled will live music and places to visit at night. 10/10 we will be back. Perfect for a couple get away, family vacation even with kids. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this place.

We love the property! It is clean, quiet and comfy. It is absolutely an escape from your usual life. We want to go back again in the future. We are so glad we made this choice which proved to be wonderful. Though the surrounding is nothing to hang around, the property itself is sufficient for a lovely stay!!

This was such a good place to stay. Very well located for all of the main sights, very calm and relaxed and with a wonderful restaurant. You definitely need a car as nothing is within walking distance, although it's easy to park in Ostuni which is only a 10 minute drive.

What a beautiful stay! We wish we had booked more nights. Not only is the properly absolutely gorgeous with amazing architecture, views and beautifully appointed rooms, we loved how welcoming the staff were, the various options and amenities available to us if we chose to stay on the resort for the day and how delicious the food was on the property. Truly 10/10. Parking was super easy and convenient and a short 7 min drive to the town of ostuni if you did choose to go in.

What a warm and welcoming place! We had a lovely stay. The room was so charming, and everything was well thought out. We had dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both tremendously. They accommodated a gluten-free child without an issue. We highly recommend!
