Beautiful property; spacious and comfortable unit; fully equipped kitchen; very firm but comfortable mattress for good sleeping.

Excellent property in easy walking distance of the town. Well equipped apartment. My only negative was that the bed mattress was a bit too form for my liking. Excellent breakfast.

Another amazing stay at Bellamonte. The place oozes comfort , relaxation and efficiency.The staff go that extra mile to ensure a perfect stay- breakfasts are amazing and varied . Can't wait to return.

Everything was great except our room on the top floor with very low slanted/sloped ceilings. Would have preferred a room on lower level with normal ceilings and therefore more room. We stayed only two nights. Otherwise location was great and staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is just about perfect. Our interactions with Michael, on reception were welcoming and he was so helpful that he was a credit to the hotel and to his profession in general. The apartment was a real surprise. It had a well equipped kitchen, was well decorated and clean and very spacious. My friend enjoyed her time in the salt room. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and had something for everyone. I only eat animal products and there was plenty of choice for me and vegetarians were well catered for too. The only disappointment was that we only booked 2 nights there.

Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking furniture into edges to create floor space, they could consider guests comfort instead? I need to add that I’m sure if we’d have been given a room on one of the lower floors, this review would have been given a 10/10 as our stay was otherwise great!

Had a phenomenal time in Zakopane and the Bellamonte had a lot to do with it. Easy communication with the hotel with very quick response. The parking is right outside the apartment. The apartment is large, clean and spacious. The breakfast was beyond what we’d expect to get. We came late one morning due to our baby and toddler sleeping and the cook came out and offered to make us eggs. Brought them to us and they were delicious. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was very close to everything and perfect! Can’t say enough good things. Would definitely recommend and return someday.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Everything we needed was nearby and convenient amd the place itself was welcoming and cozy. Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating and we would definitely come back again.

Clean and nice place. Breakfast was delicious. So nice to eat good meal before whole day trips. Very pleasant staff. Very helpful and polite. I would recommend this to friend. Walking distance to Gubalowka train and Krupowki.

Excellent, we enjoyed very much our stay and the breakfast was royal.

Fantastic, clean property with a good location. My only complaint is that connecting to the wifi was annoying as it is configured such that you have to reconnect all devices periodically (every time the TV is shut off or goes dormant)

The property is beautiful, clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Peter, our check-in receptionist was very helpful and made sure our needs were met. Unfortunately, it was very snowy, traffic jam everywhere. We arrived late and was already very dark. With a luggage, we had difficulty walking on the snow. thankfully, we managed to get a taxi from bus station. FYI, It took us almost 5hours to reach zakopane from Krakow. I'm just so glad that Bellamonte did not disappoint. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. It's 5mins walk to gubalowka funicular station.

The front desk is very very helpful !! Communicates very well in English and provided us a lot of useful insights about how to go around Zakopane. Very detailed very explanation provided by the staff and they are very thoughtful. After they explain to us how to take bus to the thermal bath at the reception, they even come to our room and remind us to take note of the last bus timing.

Great place to stay with family, highly recommended.

Location! Condition and space. Best choice for a quiet escape in the heart of Zakopane.
