Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. I requested for little decorations and they provided us a cute birthday complimentary! Thank you very much for accommodating our request!! Special shoutout for Ms. Monica, Ms. Agnes and Ms. Hani - Lady in Red - my wife was so happy with your creations. The room was spacious and clean, the Bundaran HI view was amazing, the service is top-notch, all staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was super delicious and varied, all was perfect!! Totally will stay again in Kempinski Jakarta! The best!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. To our surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade without having to pay any additional fee, which made our stay even more special. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the large dressing area, as well as the generously sized toilet, bathtub, and shower. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully arranged. We were also fortunate to enjoy a stunning view of Bundaran HI from our room. It was truly a memorable experience for our entire family. Thank you for providing such outstanding room quality and exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta. Standard and professional service, recommended for friends etc.

First, the ceiling of the room is too short. Second, the position of the sofa, bed, and TV, it's weird. Could've been arranged better. Third, breakfast is average if you take into account the price you pay to stay here. And lastly, since we brought a car, they didn't tell you to bring your e-money or Flazz card to the concierge for recording as well other than your plate number. We had to go down to the car and go up again for this. The parking lot is not near.

The service was very satisfying. We were given an upgrade because the room we booked wasn't ready yet. Close to Grand Indonesia Mall, we left the hotel and went jogging for the CFD on Sunday... Awesome...

I'll definitely be coming back to this, it's a family favorite!
