Rooms were clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent

Room with kitchen, dining, living room and patio was great! Well located. Could upgrade buffet for breakfast by including chef cooking omelette, eggs,… would be fresher and more tasty🤗

Room was clean, well equipped and spacious. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. Really handy setting, nice pool, food was good (though we only had breakfast and one lunch). Would stay again. Only thing to be aware of is that the “included parking” is on the street - not a big issue though as close by and plenty of space.

excellent hotel-arrived early but room was ready for us- cant fault the room or hotel BUT not much to do at nights.Had a great balcony with sun(when it was out) from 08;45 till 16;00

We loved our 7 days at Hotel Tropical Park. The apartment itself was huge (they all are), excellent Wifi, two pools (one heated), the breakfast doesn't get mentioned much in these reviews but that was exceptional. Huge range of food to accommodate whatever you fancy and separate breads and cakes for my coeliac wife. Was very important to us that there were Gluten Free options. Every staff member we met were polite, local restaurants and supermarket were on your doorstep. We would happily return here.

This is our 2nd home, love every single piece of it. Staff amazing, everywhere is spotless and they will do anything to help. Lots of choice in the village for restaurants.

Great experience, we really liked the hotel

This hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and amazing restaurants all within walking distance (Tapas Boutique is a must). We chose bed & breakfast option as the rooms are actually apartments so you can fill your fridge with branded alcohol from the nearby shops and enjoy it from the balcony enjoying the evening sun. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the pools is heated which is handy for January though we only used it once as the sea was lovely. All in all, a welcome week away for some Winter sun.

We just booked a room/apartment and this was the best I have come across over many years. It had everything you could need (including a dishwasher!). The pool area was nice and I could not comment on anything else because we did not eat in the restaurant.

Property was nice. It was clean. The only drawbacks were: 1) Internet: Although wifi was there but it was not good. It keeps on disconnecting. 2) There are no lifts/elevators. And the hotel gave us room 2 floors down the building. When we asked to change the room as it was very difficult to take infant and stroller/pram in the room they denied our request.

Overall the hotel was fine, nice and clean room, good pools etc. It was mostly families, so if you're a couple going, next time I'll go elsewhere. Food was average. Also in the description of the hotel it said there was windsurfing, however then at the hotel they said they don't do windsurfing, so I had to hire a car.

Good comfortable & well equipped apartment with good breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful. Loads of parking on the road in front of the hotel.

We went for a B&B option. Our room was very spacious, clean and had all of the amenities. All of the little extras came as standard within the room, even the air conditioning was quiet! There was a good supermarket on site and two lovely pools. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and catered for GF options.

This Hotel is a little gem! What a find! Nothing to fault 5*. Beautiful room (3 person with super sunny balcony) super kitchen, toaster, kettle coffee machine plus washing up liquid, sponge, t-towel as well as an oven & microwave.Cleaner every day and new tolietries - good to know if travelling with take on luggage. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a big shout out to Coco, I’ve never seen anyone work so hard but she loves it, a great programme of morning classes- stretching, yoga, Pilates etc plus aqua gym which really was a gym not just silly stuff. She is a qualified yoga / Pilates teacher & it shows ! Pool area was immaculate, 2 big pools, one heated and a great hot tub. Some really lovely eateries nearby( fabulous selection of food on site too) and a lovely walk a long the beach. Fabulous little spot can’t recommend enough.

Great relaxing holiday. Our second time here and we will be back. We are a couple but we can see that it is great for families as well. Loads of activities organised and really good facilities. Rooms are well equipped with a decent kitchen and spotless. Cleaned every day. Nice balcony facing the pool and the greenery opposite. They do their level best to welcome you. Really well run. We will be back!

Plenty of staff and all very helpful. Exceptionally clean. Room very comfortable and kitchen area very well equipped. Everything in good condition. Hardly used pool or other facilities but all looked good. Breakfast excellent. Two downsides: 1) air con was inadequate for such a big space, and 19*c lower limit was hotter than we like our living space 2) bedroom looked straight out onto “shopping mall” so we couldn’t open the curtains at all.

I really liked the location, it was nice and quiet and not a crowded area around the hotel. There were many restaurant choices with in walking distance. The buffet was great for breakfast ( it was included in the price of the hotel) and we opted to pay for a lunch and dinner buffet on 2 separate occasions which was tasty and convenient. Pools were very nice and everything was kept really clean. I would stay there again

Great place to relax and enjoy a few days in South Tenerife. Great amenities and stuff service.

2 bed apartments clean, comfortable and very well equipped (even has washing machine!). Pool at hotel quite nice and there’s a shallow toddler pool our 2 year old really enjoyed. Only negative really was the family rooms being on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator… lots of wrestling bags/buggies and two kids up and down the stairs for days out so if visiting with young ones or older family members keep this in mind!
