Plus: great location. Hotel is a block and a flat walk to one of the best beaches in Buzios. Staff was generally good except for an incident involving arranging a taxi ride from the hotel back to the airport in Rio. We arranged the ride a couple days before checking out with the hotel employee at the front desk. When we asked a different hotel employee to confirm the ride at check out, she said that the hotel had no record of the ride being set up. she said that it was the official policy of the hotel, not to arrange taxi rides, and that it was our fault for not getting the name of the prior front desk employee or getting something in writing from him. This was not an issue of language barrier since we were traveling with Brazilian friends and native Brazilian speakers. It eventually got it sorted after an hour, but experience left us never wanting to return to the hotel. breakfast has a good selection of pastries, but the only eggs every morning were cold and runny. The hotel was aware of this because we asked them to microwave them to make them edible. AC is noisy and rooms a bit dated.

I can not say anything wrong about it really; the staff was friendly breakfast very complete swimming pool with water heated and the breath taking joao frenandes beach is only half a block away... what else do you need for a break

The invisible manager is not accessible, they are super unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with the management in general!! Very , very disappointed!

Nice area in front of nice beach, good afternoon tea is offered to guests, very welcomed. Pool is small, i parked the car at the street. Breakfast is ok, not superb.

This is a great location across from a very nice beach. The hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast and afternoon tea are wonderful.

Expedia talk to them taht we change the reservation from 2 nigths to 1 night and they tried to charge me 2 nigths or no show. I told them that Expedia called them changing the reservation and they said "No, you need to pay 2 nights" I called Expedia, Expedia garanted me that was talk to Ana Yamamoto (The woman that was charging me 2 nights) and she knew thas was just one nigth. Just after I puted Ana in my phone with Expedia she agreeded to charge 1 nigth. Very disaponted with the hotel.

Hotel mal conservado. Enferrujado, árvores sem poda, parede suja. Não possuem a opção de refeição. Muito antigo e ultrapassado. Tem opções mais baratas nas proximidades e melhor conservado.

O lugar é incrível, lindo, próximo a praia, porém nosso quarto estava muito úmido com cheiro de mofo e tanto eu quanto meu namorado somos alérgicos. Essa experiência foi traumatizante, o restante tudo perfeito. Café da manhã satisfatório

Excelente custo-benefício. Pela segunda vez nos hospedamos no Coronado Beach que conserva todos os bons quesitos. Para quem quer desfrutar de João Fernandes, desconheço melhor hotel em proximidade. Você fica a poucos metro da praia, que é maravilhosa. Um atendimento acolhedor e eficiente. Todas as solicitações atendidas. Você vai encontrar um ambiente muito tranquilo no hotel. Acessibilidade perfeita. Apesar da topografia inclinada, elevador panorâmico alcança todos os andares. Nosso quarto muito bom, de frente para o mar com vista maravilhosa, varanda espaçosa, iluminação do quarto com luzes quentes, com camas confortáveis, ar condicionado split, banheiro muito espaçoso, chuveiro excepcional, piscina grande com mobiliário ótimo no seu entorno, garagem espaçosa para manobras. Além do café da manhã, um já tradicional chá/café da tarde com torradas e bolos às 17 h. O hotel não serve refeições completas, mas tem atendimento 24 h de lanches e pequenas refeições. Por perto do hotel, muitas opções de restaurantes, lanches e comercio. Para quem viaja sem carro próprio, o local tem boa oferta de Uber e outras conduções para passear pela maravilhosa Búzios. Aconselho que você experimente.

Segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e novamente a experiência foi excelente. Inicialmente o quarto disponibilizado não nos agradou, mas a Ester prontamente nos atendeu e conseguiu disponibilizar um upgrade para outro quarto extremamente melhor. Dica importante: reservem sempre os quartos de padrão superior.

Sempre que vou pra buzios fico no coronado beach ou no coronado in, e acho os dois perfeitos. Gosto de tudo nesse hotel localização, limpeza, café da manhã e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos e como diferencial tem um lanche da tarde delicioso cortesia. Vou a buzios 2 vzs no ano, mas adoraria ir mais vezes e ficaria com certeza no coronado ❤️
