We would have given it 5*, except we found a half consumed Spanish omelette and some sort of fish in the fridge. It was obvious someone didn't clean the room well. Apart from that it was excellent, staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent. I would stay again despite the fridge incident

We were actually scared of the hotel because of its 2 stars, however, it was even better than many 3 stars we have been to. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful! Our rooms were good, very clean and were cleaned daily. The best thing is the location. You are close to the city center and to many cafe's and supermarkets. It's also a safe area, we were out late and it was very quiet and calm. Definitely coming back on our next trip! 100% recommended.

If you want to have a good sleep.. don't take a room to the road.. Yes.. has a nice view but the traffic is whole night..and even with closed windows you can hear everything. Also you can hear everything what your neighbours are doing. Limited parking area.. even with public parking you can't park longer than 3-4 hours during whole days (except half Saturday and Sunday). But nevertheless the staff and reception staff super friendly 😀. Thank you

Late arrival - full service available. Very early leaver - immediately offered help with taxi, coffee before you go. In middle of town and very affordable. Only minor thingy is that my room had no windows that could open properly. So climate control had to be left on while sleeping.

A good hotel, there’s a pretty nice bar inside. Rooms are clean, and small, which is absolutely fine. I’ve stayed there for about 5 days, receptionist was very welcoming. If you are looking for an affordable and decent place, I believe this is a really good option. A lots of restaurants and bars around, Murcia is not a very big city, so it’s quite easy to move around.
