Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it.

The stay was comfortable, it was just for overnight. There is not much around by it was perfect for us to stop over.

Nice hotel convenient for ferry crossing

The receptionists were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. It had an easy to use walkin shower. Toiletries were provided. There is a restaurant/cafeteria in the hotel. I only had breakfast which was adequate. .

We have stayed here before. It is close to The ferry port. It is also close to the railway station for a trip into Bilbao

This hotel had a nice room in good condition. The property was clean and well kept. There’s parking in the basement and surface parking on 2 sides of the building. The hotel has a restaurant which we were unable to use due to closed dates. There are restaurants in the area but parking is at a premium and walking on the road (no sidewalks) is an adventure. Finding an open restaurant with parking was our biggest challenge. The hotel has an attached gas station and convenience store.

Lovely clean rooms. Menu del Dia in restaurant was lovely and reasonable.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!

Clean spacious and very comfortable. Will certainly use the hotel again when travelling to Spain. Great value for money

Great secure free garage parking. Basic but comfortable accommodation and clean. I would happily stay here again if taking a morning ferry from Bilbao

Very handy stopover for ferry next morning. Secure and safe underground carpark. Food was available but cannot comment as we did not partake. Bed a bit hard and pillow a bit lumpy for me. Very clean. Overall would use again.

The room was clean but smelt of drains and mosquito were an issue. All of us didn’t get a good nights sleep. It was a short stay, did the trick, but wouldn’t stay again.
