Great room and great breakfast buffet. WIFI wasn't the greatest.

Very clean and convenient. Only 10 minutes away from the historical center. Great for a quick visit in Tartu!

Easy check in. Parking was great. Very good breakfast.

Hotel was okay. Everything was clean. Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Fitness center had limited hours (why is it not open 24/7?) and required a reservation, so only 1 person per hour could use it. Very limiting.

Location was super convent for bus station and short walk yo the centre and amenities. All staff were really professional

Its was a very clean hotel that felt safe and close to shopping dining and walking near the canel. Staff was kind and helpful. Saunas were very nice!

Nice hotel with good service. The parking is difficult because they don't explain the parking layout very well. There is additional parking at the back of the building, which was always available for us. Good breakfast buffet. Very close to the main square and the walk along the river. Enjoyed and would happily stay again.

TThe property is situated in a great location with numerous shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. The Tartu bus station is conveniently located across the street, providing easy access to Tallinn and other destinations. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs offered a variety of freshly prepared options and excellent service. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had a buggy to transport our 7 luggages to the room. Although the room was clean, it appeared that the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous guests. Unlike most hotels, the room did not have coffee or hot water machines. Additionally, there was no laundry service available, which could be inconvenient for guests on an extended stay.

The Hotel Tartu is an afforable and excellent place to stay in Tartu (Estonia). The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff very courteous and helpful. The breakfasts are great. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, convenient location, near a river walk, walkable to town center, there are shops and bus station.

Great location conveniently near the bus station. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Lots of shops around. Walking distance to the river and Old Town

Hotel is very clean, modern and functional. Breakfast is full but not great quality (poor coffee beans in the coffee machines) Beautiful sauna/gym complex--there should be extra towels available for guests who use it.

I was there for a conference. The rooms and hotel itself were pretty basic and the area is a little strange. It has kind of eerie feel to it which I cannot put my figure on. I will say this I wish I discovered the Sauna on the first day it was great.

Everything was fine, except missing drinking water in the room.
