Had a nice experience, stayed 2 days in Sentral Hotel. Location was good, just close to Sentral MRL, KL Sentral Station, and NU Sentral but quite a sketchy neighborhood. Not the cleanest hotel though, but quite good. Checked in at 3 PM but they just provided a towel after 5 PM…

The check-in time is too long. So it makes you tired of waiting.

There's no electric kettle, the hot water dispenser outside the room is empty, and the AC isn't cold.

Hotel officers were very kind, humble, and the room space is quite enough for 2 pax.

Location is close to everywhere, food nearby, nice walks, near MRT, near central station.

I've stayed here many times. It's very close to KL Sentral, the ABC cafe, and the NU Sentral mall.

Long stay and good support from the staff and near to KL Sentral station.

What I love a lot is the Location. Walk 5 minutes and you already arrived at Nu Sentral Mall. Staff was kind. But take too much time to check in. Breakfast need to add more menu, at least can add one menu of chicken or fish. Will come back here again

One of my less-than-pleasant experiences staying in Malaysia was at this hotel. The AC was like a fan. It didn't cool at all. I complained twice, and was promised it would be fixed. In the end, they gave me an additional fan.

The location is very strategic and has close access to public transportation and shopping centers.
