There's no electric kettle, the hot water dispenser outside the room is empty, and the AC isn't cold.

Hotel officers were very kind, humble, and the room space is quite enough for 2 pax.

Location is close to everywhere, food nearby, nice walks, near MRT, near central station.

I've stayed here many times. It's very close to KL Sentral, the ABC cafe, and the NU Sentral mall.

Long stay and good support from the staff and near to KL Sentral station.

What I love a lot is the Location. Walk 5 minutes and you already arrived at Nu Sentral Mall. Staff was kind. But take too much time to check in. Breakfast need to add more menu, at least can add one menu of chicken or fish. Will come back here again

One of my less-than-pleasant experiences staying in Malaysia was at this hotel. The AC was like a fan. It didn't cool at all. I complained twice, and was promised it would be fixed. In the end, they gave me an additional fan.

azuin ramli as a reception in hotel broke my passport, and immigration hold my passport when i will go to my country back. my ticket was BURN! and i must extend for 6 day more for waiting my pasport done to settle in imigresen of Malaysia!! ow much i spend my money for this case. Dissapointed!!!!

Location is great and awesome. Breakfast was great. Staff are helpful and good. The cleanliness inside the bedroom can be rated as 5/10. The air-conditioning inside the bedroom is not functioning. My bathroom is colder than my bedroom. Complaint has been made but the technician just washed the filter inside the aircond and it's not help at all, still not cold.
