Beautiful hotel, room spacious and comfortable, staff very pleasant. Basic breakfast but sufficient, with lovely seating area at front of hotel for drinks and snacks. Incredibly good value for the price considering the great decor and location.

Great experience over all. Staff was really friendly, the location was perfect and the bed was nice and comfortable. Clean and good shower, comfortable mattress and quiet room. Would definitely come back.

The staff at this small boutique hotel made our stay memorable. By pure luck our stay coincided with Montecatini's festival. It served as our "base" while in Tuscany. The overall experience was great because of the warmth of its people. We recommend without reservations.

Hotel Puccini was probably the most friendly and helpful hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel has a nice breakfast every morning and a beautiful outside balcony to relax in. Our room was a triple as our son was with us and it could not have been better. There are many hotels in montecatini and I would stay here again without question

The first wonderful goes to the staff made you feel like you were at home, Steph, is... Did I say wonderful! The second wonderful went to the hotel's condition newly renovated, clean everything was just perfect. The third wonderful was the town Monyecatini Terme is a beautiful place to stay.

Hotellin henkilökunta ja palvelualttius kiitettävää. Hotellin aamiainen ei kovin monipuolinen. Hotellihuoneet hieman kauhtuneet lukuun ottamatta kylpyhuoneita ja niiden äänieristys oli valitettavasti olematon (käytäväliikehdintä sekä hissin musiikki kuului selvästi sisään). Erinomaiset asiakasarvostelut johtivat majoituspäätökseemme, mutta rehellisyyden nimissä ne olivat yliampuvat. Mielestäni hotelli ansaitsee yleisarvosanakseen hyvä ja pisteytettynä 7,75-8,2/10 pist. tai 3,5-3,75/5 pist.
