The hotel was very central and had a great morning breakfast option. Also aircon was great during a heatwave. The furnishings and bathroom were a bit dated but okay for a few nights. Just to note, there is no elevator so you’ll have to take your luggage up the stairs.

This property is 20 min walk to train station. Air conditioning is poor. No elevator. Get ready again to pick up your luggage. Continental breakfast. The amenities would be clean towel and bed. Bring your toiletries including soap and hair products. Two nights stay here was unpleasant due to poor Air conditioning. Room temperature unbearable to sleep at night for summer. Family friendly and safe area to walk.

This is a lovely property in a nice, easy-to-get-to location in Venice. Rooms were nice, great breakfast served every morning. Very helpful staff. Easy walk from the water taxi, and lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great location, amazing Venetian property. It's so clean. The AC could crank up, but maybe it's a European thing. Very good breakfast. The staff is very cordial as well.

I had the single 'box' room with an alleged shared bathroom. Never had to wait or share with anyone. My little room had great aircon, TV, basin, fridge, and a very comfy bed. Whoever cleaned it, took the time to appreciate my cleanliness. Breakfast was delightful and plentiful with boiled eggs, coffee, toast, pastries, fruit, and PROTEIN!!! Very clean property, excellent location, pleasant and accommodating staff. Lovely outdoor courtyard to relax in as needed. Didn't want to leave.

Great location. Quiet area. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Room was small but worked fine. Plenty of restaurants etc. in the immediate area.

The staff was very nice! As a solo traveler I appreciated them reaching out to me in advance of my arrival with instructions on how to access the property. The room was a bit expensive for the price that I paid in my opinion but maybe that is the average for the location.

Very decent and clean hotel. Rooms are small, but clean. There are a lot of steps to get to the rooms on the lowest level. And then there is a step down as you walk into your room from the hallway. The front desk staff was helpful when needed, but not particularly friendly and avoided eye contact at most times. The breakfast was limited, but it did give you something to eat when the day started. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not open until 7:30 AM. The beds were somewhat on the firm side, and the pillows are very thin.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tivoli in Venice. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. As we were celebrating our engagement in Italy, they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, providing us with a great night’s sleep after exploring Venice. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property was clean, great breakfast (deli meats, breads, pastries, juices, coffee and cereal), AMAZING nearby restaurants (highly recommend "Al Vecchio Forno"), super market nearby, vaporetto and Gondola 5 mins away, and the room was large with a large bathroom and COLD AC. Only cons were the shower was very small, and the walking area outside can be a little loud with passersbys 'til 11PM. We were on the 2nd floor for reference.
