My Points

Very poorly managed hotel. Huge communication gap between Expedia and Hotel Nirala Dhani. Guest treatment is pathetic. Diwali night they closed restaurant without informing. Reception team kept us waiting for 1 hr without any reason while check in. Avoid staying here. 

Staff are very polite and always helpful. Everyone keep smiling. Nice evening entertainment. Perfect place to stay with family!
