Our second stay at the hotel, in the room right next door to where we were last time. Only slight changes gave hotel a bit different feel. Staff seemed a bit more cohesive and attentive last visit and breakfast seemed more generous last time. And though we are successfully dieting and without our dog, the room seemed a bit smaller. Still a nice place that beats the most prices in St. Moritz.

The staff were all wonderful ! The breakfast was exquisite. The room was clean and the bed was very very comfortable.

Overall the hotel is good. Friendly staff and very helpful. Daniel & Marina were professional and super awesome. No restaurants close by. Maybe they were closed as it is not the season for skiers in April. The biggest drawback is there is no proper electrical outlets. They have a couple in odd places and it’s not convenient to charge laptops, iPhones, ipads etc. make sure to have an extension wire and proper Swiss adapters. They do not have electric kettles in rooms nor encourage you to have one due to fire risk. Take a flask and fill hot water from the coffee shop.

The hotel is nice if you are looking for the 1970's ski lodge feel. I will say, the staff was excellent and the breakfast was better than average. Apparently everything in St Moritz is crazy expensive. I think this was a once in a lifetime kind of stay for me.

This is a fantastic location, close to city center and lake. Easy to find bus to go to ski resort. Staff was excellent, kind and so helpful and the chef is amazing, you have to try the food here.

The room was great lots of space. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, bacon yogurts, fruit very nice staff very helpful actually really enjoyed this day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they accommodated our needs exceptionally and made sure everything went above accordingly. Would love to stay here again!

room was very small for the cost Was charged at the hotel when Expedia receipt said “paid” but this was Expedia’s fault. No fridge in room. Bed sheets a bit dingey

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Das Essen (Tagesmenüs) war schlichtweg hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Darum haben wir immer im Hotel gegessen. Es war rundweg eine sehr schöne Erfahrung, in St. Moritz ein MUSS.

I would have liked to have given this a better review....but alas... no. The room was a great size but not clean. The balcony was amazing! However, there was an attic storage room attached to my room where the door was unlocked. It went into other areas etc... I did not enter in....but it appeared to have access to other rooms....had christmas storage ... parts of the walls torn off. If it were not attached to my room, I might have slept better. The breakfast buffett was terrible! There were a lot of people, it took forever even to get coffee! and the food was sparce. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Out of our many weeks of European travel and most of our rooms booked off of Expedia, this is the only place I would say to stay away from!

Good position esy and quick acces totownand rail station by bus. Very helpful staff excellent breakfast and evening meal
