Friendly hotel staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, close to tourist attractions

got a room facing the building..not good. heard people walking by..not easy to sleep. breakfast not worth it..

what you pay & what you get. so far is good, only one bad thing is cannot direct park in front of the hotel, only for the guest who booked Suites room, for normal room guest, park far away.

I'm having a great breakfast during my stay. Nearest to attractive places.

Strategic location in the city. Very near to attraction places, can just walk. Variety of food for breakfast, asam pedas that we bought from their cafe soo yummy. Just not very soundproof. Will stay here again.

Location wise is very good. My parents are happy staying in this hotel.

Upon check-in, staff was kind and polite. I was given wrong room but then she changed to the room according to my booking. Room was spacious and has comfortable bed but the issue is the light in front of the bathroom was broken, so it could not be switched off! We had trouble to sleep at night due to the brightness. The toilet sliding door has a quite noticeable gap. Shower pressure was not great. Overall, good for short stay and location wise is ideal because it is walking distance to the iconic Menara Taming Sari and other malls nearby.

I'm very happy and feel comfort during my stay here. If I go back to Malacca on my next visit, I will choose this accommodation. Thanks Seri Costa Hotel and team.

We arrived from hours of travelling to Malacca, we were very disappointed with the slow service by the receptionist. You have to buy parking coupon to park at the front of the hotel. The toilet was dirty with stain and water pressure was very slow. When we arrived at the room, the towels were not provided even though we followed their rule to enter the room at 3pm. Very disappointed.

Bermula check in, receptionist tak mesra, bilik tak dibersihkan, lantai masih kotor dan tandas berbau, masa turun untuk breakfast, lobi gelap dan lampu tidak dibuka. Waktu breakfast jam 7, makanan tak ready, harap boleh tingkatkan lagi perkhidmatan.

Hot showers don't look good. The shower too small for hot water. No mirror inside the room, so I need to go to the toilet for the mirror. Breakfast is just reasonable for the price, and it ' s OK. Please improve room facilities.

Good for a short break. But the atmosphere of the hotel in the lobby, room passage & bedroom smelled kepam. Needs improvement: freshner fragrance. The waiting lobby is air -conditioned. Warm for a relaxing room. No desserts such as cakes.

The room has no hot water, I noted I have a baby, asked to change to another room but still there is no hot water, so bad😔 Dirty too

Aircon is less cold and dusty. The curtains are thin when the light enters the aircord again it doesn't feel okay. It's been a cold night, 😒
