Al llegar el primer inconveniente fue que me cobraron la estadía con tarjeta, habiendo sido pactado en efectivo al llegar. Luego no tenían habitación (pero la cobraron igual), por lo que me mandaron a una habitación al Marriott. A la mañana quise ducharme y no funcionaba la mezcladora de agua caliente, salía fría, por lo que tuve que mudarme nuevamente a una habitación enorme, pero que claramente no estaba preparada aún para hospedarse. Les pedí que me contraten un taxi para las 16:15 hs, que al llegar el momento no estaba contradado y tuve que pedir uno de urgencia y carísimo, con el que casi pierdo el avión.

Our Premium Suite was spacious, with a beautiful view, and overall, the room itself was well-appointed. The service and room service staff were very good. However, there were a couple of key disappointments. The complimentary bottle of wine that was meant to be included was missing, which was a small but noticeable letdown. More frustratingly, one of the main reasons we booked this suite was for the jacuzzi-style bath, only to find that it was completely broken. This was especially disappointing since it was a major factor in choosing this room. Guests should be informed in advance if a key facility is not working. Overall, while the suite itself was nice, better maintenance and communication are needed to meet the expectations that come with a premium offering.

When booking on Hotels.com, I requested two beds and they gave me one king bed and they said that they hadnt received the request so they couldnt change the room. Also the AC didnt work very well. Didnt go below 25 Celsius.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water.

The service was wonderful! The location was very safe and just a few minutes from a grocery store and two malls. There is a gorgeous park behind the hotel to visit as well. I felt secure in the area as a disabled person. The view was spectacular and did not disappoint. I think that given the hotel's price, the furniture could be updated and made more comfortable. Repairs in the suite were needed during our stay, however, the staff was quick to make sure everything was working efficiently. The room was kept clean, and housekeeping each day. There entrance door though I did not see a disability button making it very difficult to open the door on my own.

La ubicación es fenomenal y el staff del hotel muy amigable sin embargo las fotos son engañosas. Definitivamente la propiedad está en desesperada necesidad de una renovación y de mucho mantenimiento. Mi habitación era amplísima y tenía una cocina completa pero tuve que pedir limpieza extra porque honestamente no se veía higiénico y el jacuzzi de la habitación estaba lleno de cabello. El piso de madera sucio, le urge una limpieza profunda, la sala de cuero con varias manchas (a pesar de ser cuero).
