Everything was good. Just I had a bad experience because of the guest beside my room. Talked on the phone around 4 AM for so long and so loud in front of my room. But good thing the hotel sent security fast after I complained about him.

There was no one guarding the front door. A crowd gathered at the reception. I dropped my luggage, and no one helped me. I didn't check in; the service was terrible. I accepted the loss of my money and went to another hotel. The service was completely different from the Bidakara Hotel in South Jakarta.
